Established in the mid-1800s as a mining town during the Gold Rush, Denver embraces its Western heritage along with a forward-thinking mindset. Larimer Square is a testament to Denver’s balance of old and new, boasting rows of creative restaurants, independent shops, and vibrant nightlife spots in Victorian-era buildings downtown.
Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver is renowned for its great outdoor adventures. Residents enjoy more than 5,000 acres of parks, trails, golf courses, and playgrounds as well as convenience to Red Rocks Park and Cherry Creek State Park. Denver is proximate to world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities just outside the city too. City center skyrises provide incredible views of the mountains to the west, while spacious suburbs with single-family rentals make for the perfect place to set down roots.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at East Range Crossings
If I could give no stars I would. I have been waiting for my refunded deposit since end of march 2022. I was told check was mailed never received, after verifying my address. Office staff lied and said it was voided and reissued and I can come and pick up first or second week of May. I came into office AFTER NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONES each time I have called. And no one calling me back. So I wasted gas driving to leasing office just for them to say they don’t know what’s going and to play dumb instead of contacting the corporate or whoever to issue my deposit back. They said they would put in another ticket, to see what happened and told me I had to wait another 2-3weeks. And one staff had the nerve to have a attitude after she was the individual that said she requested new check, and would call me. This is very unfortunate and should have never applied for these apartments.

U got maintenance men who doesn't knock allow there self in over a mistake he was at wrong apt. Side walks filled with stains some plugs don't work, mildew and mold in Apts. Cracks in walls that look like there separating be cautious..

New, affordable, great amenities! Management has been responsive!
High crime, trashed patios, blood on sidewalks, they say non smoking but yet let people smoke cigarettes and weed and don’t do anything about it. Would be better with patrol company but rely on denver PD who has there hands full. When weekends roll around residents get worse knowing the complex management isn’t back till Monday.

My best friend lives in Eastrange and not only are the units gorgeous, the grounds are nicely kept and the staff has been very kind (which is VERY unusual in Denver!) I love going over to visit, it feels upscale and safe. When we locked ourselves out of her apartment we weren’t judged and they took every precaution to make sure we were who we claimed to be before giving us entrance to her place. Wonderful experience!

My sister just move into a brand new unit and saw a mouse she complained about the mouse to management and they basically told her that they had maintenance check and saw no signs of a mouse however the mouse was caught in a trap in a brand new built building. I will be reporting them to the state because mice carry diseases and my niece nor my sister will live that way!! We have pictures of the mouse caught in the trap and mice can be seen running through the parking lot. Disgusting...
