I moved down here with my family from Des Moines Iowa I spoke with Stacy the new apartment rental manager very nice and outgoing and welcoming she showed us a couple of units that were available showed us a unit that was very spacious remodeled now me and my family are no longer staying at a hotel thanks to her!!!

The prices are very reasonable for Sioux City Iowa the apartment complex is very well-maintained and very clean and the staff is very very friendly they have maintenance on stay on hand when a issue is needed

Not even worth the time to look at. They do not come in and take care of issues, even if you call! The neighbors are constantly loud, and it is a complete dump! The park/basketball court is completely wrecked and a place just to get hurt. The office completely ignores your problem, not to mention, 911 is constantly called here. Not a safe place whatsoever!
This Apartments are not worth it!!!!!! You will struggle and struggle, your problems will never get fix, and everyone in the office is useless, they don’t even deserve a 1 star to be honest!!!!!!
