Situated near the confluence of the Yellowstone and Missouri rivers, Williston has been booming for centuries. It was a gathering place for the earliest people of the plains and a rendezvous point for fur traders and explorers. Today, Williston is home to Bakken Oil and many people working to make North Dakota the second largest oil-producing state. Williston also continues to honor the agricultural tradition.
Williston offers plenty of things to do, with a variety of historic attractions, outdoor recreational opportunities, and entertainment choices. Residents can go fishing and boating on Lake Sakakawea, practice their golf swing at nationally ranked golf links, peruse the exhibits at James Memorial Art Center, go fast at Thunder Valley Speedway Go-Karts, and learn more about the history of the region at Fort Buford State Historic Site or Fort Union Trading Post National Historic Site.

Rent is reasonably priced. Maintenance issues are not only handled, but handled quick! I've heard many stories of stuff going unrepaired in other communities, but that doesn't apply here. Main reason I renewed my lease vs looking for a cheaper place.

Eagles landing is an adequate and decent place to reside. One of the biggest perks that was provided was the affordability however now increases have made it right in line with the other housing facilities in the area.

If you want a safe and affordable apartment living I would highly recommend eagles landing. The couple problems we faced were fixed instantly. They get back to you as fast as possible and are super reasonable on everything. They are good apartments with a good property manager and maintenance department.

Move in was so easy and the office staff and maintenance worked really hard to get us in when we needed it and allowed us to pay on move in so we didn’t have two pay bills at two places for the first month. The maintenance staff is always out working and are always super helpful and the office staff is very accommodating and willing to help with anything. I feel very happy that I chose eagles landing for my family to call home.

My personal experience has been a good one. Everything is in perfect condition, the process is simple and practical. The prices are good and the apartments are very nice. Molly, the manager is sweet and very involved with the process of your move in. A nice place to call home definitely.

Eagles Landing has a wonderful location, minutes away from vital resources. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants are all within a half mile radius or less. The residents are mindful and kind (at least the few Ive had the pleasure to interact with). The addition of a garage, necessary appliances, and larger-than-normal living space is more than I could have asked for, given the reasonable cost of rent. Overall a perfect place to live.
