The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Eagles Crest at Durrett
If you want to be gaslit by the office staff, pay insane costs for an apartment that has peeling paint and cracked counters, live around people that break their lease conditions all the time with no repercussions, step in dog waste all the time, and much more, this is the place for you! I've lived here for almost two and a half years and the place has gone downhill FAST. Look elsewhere. Edit to add: they will block anyone on Facebook that does not leave a good review. They will also not listen to you if you express concerns and side with others based on one sided stories. If you want a place that takes your concerns seriously, look elsewhere.
Run. Office staff does not care about the tenants. They only care about profit. Mistakes are often made and they pay zero attention to issues tenants have. If you want a complex that actually cares about you, this is not the place.

So the management is good, Chase help us a lot when we have to move last minute because my husband is in the military. So about the apartment, if you like small spaces, hear everything what happen in the second floor(Make sure to get a second floor apartment) and the cabinet of the kitchen and bathroom are really old this is for y'all. Also the neighbor can be trashy they left trash in front of the door for weeks and they don't care, nobody pick the pet waste and the management don't change the stations. They did a new dog park but like I tell y'all nobody pick up the pet waste. These apartment are good if you don't have anywhere else to go or you really mind to near base is like 5 minutes from gate 4 Fort Campbell. But honestly is not worth the money. I hope this help

Hey there! Here at Eagles Crest at Durrett, we make ensuring that our residents are happy in their homes our top priority, so we are saddened to see that your experience here has been less than satisfactory. While we don't have control over the size of our apartment homes and have to charge fair prices in the current market, we would like the chance to take care of any issues that you are experiencing. Please connect with our office to discuss the neighbors and dog waste stations that you are referring to, so that we can address these issues immediately.
Stay away! FAR away. It seems the only people that live in these apartments are the ones who had like a week to find somewhere to go and this was all that was available. Maintenance is a joke, our NEW dryer took a good 4-8 cycles to dry a SMALL load of clothes and they told us that WE needed to find a plumber to come look at THEIR pipes. My daughters window never locked and they never cared. Our shower wouldn’t stay warm more than 5-10 minutes with out need the handle wiggled to hotter “but you have a 40 gallon hot water heater I can’t fix anything.” The pool is nice, I met the best neighbors of my life here, everything else SUCKS. The apartments are filthy, just take a cloth and cleaning spray to wipe the wall down and see for your self, they’ll literally change color. They never address anything personally its always as if EVERY resident is being address which is weird. There’s no instillation, our electric bill was always 150-200. You can literally hear the people above you’s Phone viberate& alarms go off. If I could give 0 stars I would.
overpriced, even with location. have gone through 5 or more managers in the two years I've lived here. personnel usually very nice but they haven't done a single thing to improve the apartments since I got here.
I love it...It is a family orientated community, dog park, plenty of parking space, and a pool. An external storage unit is available. There are a couple of groceries store within walking distance. The rental management is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. You will not be disappointed.
