Property Ratings at Eagle Rock
When I was applying for my apartment and throughout the move in process, office/management staff was great. They responded quickly, answered my questions. Of course they did, because it's all about the money. Get them in, lock them in, and then forget them! That is how I feel. I have emailed management 3 or 4 times now due to the change in property management. Had a legitimate question about my Flex payment for rent...totally blown off. Zero response. And the change to Avenue5 is likely to be horrible. Avenue5 have an F rating with the BBB, so I expect it to go downhill in a hurry. I love my apartment, but neighbors are rude (dog urinates all over my door mat and all down the walkway on a daily basis...gross!)and upstairs "neighbor" is ridiculously loud on top of crappy management, but can't afford to move again. I give 2 stars only because I like my apartment, but otherwise, super disappointed thus far!!!
I, too, have had a car broken into multiple times and a truck stolen from our carport. Management doesn’t care to put in any cameras or lights underneath the carport. Their rent-a-cops do NOTHING to prevent any crime. Nor do the gates do anything to keep the trash people of Spokane out. There are drug addicts and homeless who try to walk into peoples apartments, and through the breezeways. If they raise the rent I’m moving. I am NOT going to pay more for this treatment/living conditions.

If you want to live here prepare to have your vehicles broken into... I've lived here for 2 years and the break ins have been an issue since I first moved in at least... there have also been reports of some drugged up people just walking into other people's apartments! Nothing really gets taken care of here. They also charge you to have DNA testing done on your dog so that they can charge the people who don't pick up after their dogs and yet there are still alot of people not cleaning up after their dogs...The only reason I'm still living here is cuz I don't want to move again until it's into a house of my own... which is hopefully very soon...
Having lived at Eagle Rock for 3 years, I have found it to be quiet and secure. Private and secure with great access to 1-90. Great location with beautiful units and a heated driveway to boot!

Eagle rock has been the best complex Ive lived at. I submitted a work order and the next day it was fixed in less than an hour. From the easiest way to submit a work order, to the professional and timely manner it was completed has yet again impressed me. Im proud to call this complex home.

Living at Eagle Rock has been well worth the price. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is professional and efficient. Nathan, the manager (I believe) of maintenance is especially wonderful. He made great conversation while he remedied the issue we were having and fixed the issue in one go.

Overall the community is very calm, and secure, I haven't had any issues. MTX was quick when needed, and the security company was also helpful when needed. No complaints.

The complex is fairly quite and safe. However, people do need to be aware of their surroundings at all times, because there are always a few undesirables, breaking into cars and testing apt door knobs. However the location is convenient for shopping and close to various medical facilities and public transportation.

I Moved here from out of state, and the process was an ease with the wonderful staff at the leasing office. no hassle and got everything done within a few days. I have had two maintenance requests that were submitted and both were fixed quickly. The neighbors are friendly, and the views are beautiful. They also have a great BBQ area with a natural gas BBQ for guest to use which we use quite often! Such a wonderful place. Highly recommended.

I have been a resident af Eagle Rock for almost 22 years. This is truly my home and a very pleasant place to be. My apartment is ideal, and I have always been treated so well by all the staff, especially at this time. The location in Spokane Valley couldn't be better, and I treasure the year round views from my windows.
The office staff was amazing during my move in (they got me in an apartment just 3 days after I applied). Another place I was supposed to move into fell through and I was almost in a panic until I came to Eagle Pointe and they took care of me. The maintenance guy is incredible and I have to say that I NEVER see trash or anything unsightly on that property. It is very well maintained and I've got no complaints.

Eagle Rock is a lovely apartment complex. Staff is courteous and helpful. The apartment is great! The soft muted colors blend well with any decor. I would definitely recommend Eagle Rock.

Great, friendly, and responsive staff! Ive been here almost 5 months and I love it. Theyve always helped me right away with any concern or questions I have. The complex is great and clean. Havent had any trouble with the ice or snow.. they are constantly updating and improving the complex !
I love the office staff here they have always been great but for the last few months the maintenance staff has really been lacking and that's saying it nicely. We went from a group of young men who had no clue how to fix anything it seemed and always looked lost to getting a new supervisor who seems to be talking on his phone more then he works and another new young gentleman who doesn't seem to know his job vary well he looks lost and is always on his phone as well. The grounds here have taken a dive as well there is trash everywhere and there is holes in our dancing and broken lights all over the stairs by the office are falling apart and need to be replaced. Please fix these issues soon!!!
i would have to say my apartment complex is unorganized and is always switching works so they don't get everything done in a time able matter
