Eagle Ridge is one of the nicest and best managed complexes I have ever lived in. The outside grounds of this property is well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and are always ready to help you out. The maintenance staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to even the smallest issues. I would recommend this property to anyone looking.

We were looking for an apartment community with a great location close to grocery shopping and easy highway access. What we found at Eagle Ridge was more than expected. Yes, they are close to essential stores (and fun shoppes!), and yes they are close to the major highways, but more importantly for us, the community here is filled with respectful tenants/neighbors, and the office staff is amazing. The ladies in the office respectfully know everyone (by name & apt) and they run a tight ship (there’s no riff-raff here). The men who lend muscle & wisdom in all situations are professional and equally respectful. Any maintenance issues are quickly solved (like today, Clecio, knowing the dryer knob would take some time to order, made sure I could still use the dryer by altering the broken knob himself until the new part arrives ~ BRILLIANT!). The apartment buildings themselves are surrounded by trees, and Eagle Lake is across the street. Close by, there is a real honest-to-goodness bald eagle NEST with 2 eagles; in winter you can watch them soar above the trees. The community is wonderful, but it’s the people here, especially the staff, who make living at Eagle Ridge worth staying. We’ve been here 5 years and have loved every moment.

I relocated here from SC and after all the traveling and apartment hunting in a new place I finally found Eagle Ridge.. The office staff were so welcoming and has made it feel like home. They are always friendly and ready to help with whatever my son and I have needed! It's one the the best apartments I've lived in!

I'm going on year two of living at Eagle Ridge and I can't say enough about how great the staff are and how clean and well maintained the grounds/buildings are! Highly recommend!

My husband and I moved in 3 months ago and we absolutely love it! The staff is incredible. They are always quick to answer any questions that come up and go out of their way to make Eagle Ridge a great place to live. The buildings are kept impeccably clean and it's very quiet. We attended the summer event where we got to meet some of our neighbors and we all discussed how quiet the halls are and how we can never hear anyone. The apartments also have a lot of space. There is a ton of closet space and every unit also comes with a storage unit which is very nice. The bedrooms are a nice size and there is laundry in every unit which is very convenient. The location is also great- very close to both 169 and 94, and less than 5 minutes away from downtown Maple Grove. I would highly recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment!

I'm now on my 2nd year at Eagle Ridge and absolutely love it. This property is close to everything in Arbor Lakes and has great freeway access, yet is still quiet and peaceful. The buildings are extremely well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. The units are large, and the clubhouse amenities have all been recently updated. The staff is excellent as well. Not only are they timely and understanding in their responses to any questions, issues, or work orders, but they make a clear effort to know all of the residents and genuinely care about the community and residents. This sense of community was clearly shown at the annual BBQ where staff greeted every resident by their first name and showed sincere interest in everyone's lives. Additionally, the staff does a great job of communicating with residents for things such as snow plowing or any routine maintenance - which is certainly helpful. In summary, Eagle Ridge is a great place to live - the location is great, the buildings are very nice, and the staff is the best I've every experienced.

I've been living in the Eagle Ridge apartments for a little over a year. The apartments are well kept and the location is prime. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! There are resident events, hosted by the apartment staff, a couple times a year. This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors. The club house and pool are well kept and a great place to hang out with friends when the weather isn't great. The biggest selling point for me was laundry in the apartment. I would highly recommend making Eagle Ridge your new home!

I am in a wheelchair. The Eagle Ridge Staff have taken my needs, worked with me. The result is a living arrangement that works for me. There are some handicapped apartments here. I need a larger space, so some light work was done to help in that area. Grab bars in bathroom. Parts of doorways removed to accommodate wheelchair width, (use offset door hinges, I supplied those). The grounds surrounding our buildings are well kept, Summer pool. 2 barbecue areas! I love that! People living here are nice. Respectful. I take my chair and go out on the paved trails, never had a problem. Landscaped grounds. Shopping, Restaurants, Entertainment nearby. Eagle lake across the road. When people come visit, they remark about how beautiful the place is. And I agree.

I've lived in a few different renal properties over the years, although this is my first time at an apartment complex. This is by far the best place I've lived yet! The management is incredibly kind and fair, and the price is great for the location and what you get. The buildings are older than many of the other apartments in the area, but its very well kept and updated. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in the Maple Grove area.

My husband and I were delighted to find this community. We had been driving by for a couple of years. It's tucked away from the busy roads. Little piece of paridise. The staff is so helpful with any concerns that may come up. Maintenance is quick and efficient. This property is maintained like no other I've seen before. You can really tell they care about the property and even more so, the tenants. They help everyone feel at home with regular events that require a great deal of after-hours work. I resided at Eagle Ridge from August 2018 until May 2019. My experience residing there was nothing short of fantastic! The entire staff, from office management, to maintenance to the grounds keeping crew were professional, courteous and friendly. In the time that I resided there I had one small issue which required a response from maintenance. They were prompt and professional. My apartment was clean, and the building was always well kept. The grounds were beautiful and I always felt safe whether walking around the grounds early in the morning, or, in the latter part of the evening. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a comfortable, secluded home in a suburb setting,granting access to parks, stores, theatres, hotels and all the convivences normally found in the city, Eagle Ridge is the place to live. FIRST OF ALL THE STAFF AT EAGLE RIDGE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT AT HELPING YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS OF APARTMENT RENTING. GINNY, CODY AND SAMANTHA WERE SO HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE WHEN I NEEDED QUESTIONS ANSWERED. THE APARTMENT, GROUNDS AND ALL THE AMENITIES ARE IN GREAT WORKING ORDER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!

I visited Eagle Ridge today and was so impressed by how well maintained and beautiful both the landscaping and the buildings are. Everything is kept spotless and service calls are responded to promptly. The leasing consultants in the office were very friendly and helpful, as well as extremely knowledgable about everything concerning the complex. The facilites look brand new - party room, gym, ping pong, billiards, swimming pool. Just by walking around and seeing the staff and residents it was clear that everyone seemed very happy to be at Eagle Ridge.

I have lived at Eagle Ridge for 2 years. I know, time flies when you are having fun! The office personnel, as well as the people who clean, repair and improve our living environment, are the nicest people. Always there, always busy. Not to busy to stop and lend a hand when needed. Very recently, the Eagle Ridge personnel showed me just how dedicated they are to making Eagle Ridge my home. I am mobile, thanks to the caring people in my life. I have an alternate mode of transportation that I rely on. It is very difficult to get from point A to point B without it. Recently, this mechanical marvel stopped working. Upon realizing that I was in trouble, three wonderful Eagle Ridge personnel interrupted their day to help. No question, this extended their work day. Some hustle and bustle, I was in my apartment, safe. This may not sound like much, however, it is what makes Eagle Ridge my home. Thanks to all of you who have made my life so wonderful. Jerry

Eagle Ridge apartments is an awesome place to live! The people are great and the buildings and grounds are cleaned daily. All maintenance problems are always taken care of timely, and all staff are always friendly and eager to help! I have lived here for four years and have never had a complaint! Also love the washer and dryer in my apartment!

Living at eagle ridge has been an absolute pleasure. I have lived here for a little over ten years in three different units. While living here I have never had a problem with the staff or other residents. The caretaker in my building is out there everyday vacuuming and cleaning up the grounds. I like that that the only utility I have to pay is the electricity. I would recommend this place if your looking for a clean place and courteous staff.

I moved in about 3 years ago and just renewed my lease. The rents in my area are sky high, my rent did go up a little but still way better deal than the others nearby. I always see the guy cleaning the building or watering plants, so grounds and building always look great! I moved from a small town and feel very comfortable here. I was able to fit all of my furniture that I had in my townhome into the apartment because the room sizes are huge. I even have extra closet space - when does that happen? I would highly recommend this place for anyone!!

To start with the apartments all over big. This is no starter sized apartment, so get your adult furniture ready. I had room for a full sized couch, two bookcases, a desk, and a reading nook all in my living room. Outside the apartment there's a full list of amenities including an outdoor pool, clubhouse (billiards table, ping pong, sauna, workout room, and lounging areas), grills, and a huge green space which is hard to find with most apartments. Directly across the street is a public boat launch for the sizable Eagle Lake (good for everything from kayaking to water skiing to fishing). There are also trails that will take you around several lakes and through town. If that's not enough, the staff is fantastically friendly. All staff lives in the apartments also, so any question you have they will have an answer, and maintenance is available 24/7 for emergency fixes, no waiting. They will also They are also more than happy to apartment sit while you are out of town, water plants, feed your pet fish (or small animal), collect your mail, or anything else that you need. It's more like living in a friendly neighborhood than an apartment complex, but you're still just a few minutes drive from Arbor Lakes shopping, groceries, gyms, etc. It's all here, so pack your bags and welcome to your new home!

I love my apartment! I have lived here for 9 years. The grounds are well manicured, sunsets on Eagle Lake are priceless! I am like a mile away from Arbor Lakes shopping and all the major freeways and I can get anywhere in 20 minutes. One of my favorite things about my apartment is that I was able to bring my own full size washer and dryer with me. I have neighbors that have lived here way longer than me. We are having a Mexican Fiesta at the pool tomorrow - I get some free food, to hang with my neighbors, and talk to the owners. They remodeled the buildings - looks so nice!

Nestled near the shores of Eagle Lake, Eagle Ridge is Top Notch all the way. Enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of wildlife almost everyday. Deer, Ducks, Geese, Wild Turkeys, Pheasants, birds and squirrels live freely here so be prepared to enjoy a little bit of the country Right in the Heart of Maple Grove. Imagine strolling along country living at it's finest by simply living here. With Three Rivers Park District located along the Shores of Eagle Lake by boat ride or within a miles drive or a relaxing bicycle ride on a sunny afternoon you will encounter a First Class Facility that only Maple Grove can offer. Discover the beautiful Pike Lake that very few people know of within this Park Reserve. The buildings and grounds are immaculately maintained. Office staff and maintenance are first class all the way. The newly updated apartment common areas and clubhouse are second to none. With the Heart of Maple Grove just minutes away and easy access to Minneapolis or Up North, you simply can't go wrong with the quality and life-style that Eagle Ridge offers. I really do not know why this place gets even one bad review. Probably because some people are NEVER happy. Too bad for them. Do yourself a favor and move here today. You will be glad that you did!
