Our time at Eagle Ridge has been amazing! You could not ask for a better, more convenient location or better staff! The management and maintenance team are top notch. Seriously, there is no one more caring and attentive then they are. If you're looking for an awesome place to call home, you'll find it at Eagle Ridge.

So far my move in has been very smooth. The office communicates fast and efficiently and everyone is very friendly. The neighborhood is a nice family area where I feel safe. I love the location and everything was very clean and working well when I moved in.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. They made the whole process so quick and easy. I love how clean the community is here and it has been very quiet and peaceful.

I’m loving the community and everyone’s fur babies. The location is awesome your minutes from everything! I-25, Hwy 36 up to Estes, and the airport. It’s a beautiful thing.

Something breaks every week. No heat or hot water, broken garbage disposal, a fridge that leaks, porch screen falls off, stairway fan didn't work and most of our windows don't close fully. It's irritating to keep having submit a maintenance request all the time.

So far so great! The move in experience was super smooth and the office staff has been really helpful and welcoming. I love the property location by the lake and it's super close to I-25. The gym is tiny but at least it's 24/7

My husband and I love this cozy community. We have really enjoyed our apartment and are incredibly grateful to have a safe place to stay. This is our first apartment as husband and wife!

I’ve just moved here and honestly I’m 100x happier. The apartments feel more like home because they almost have a townhome feel from the outside. I have a massive porch, there’s a beautiful 3.8 mile trail on two lakes with a great view of the mountains right in our backyard.

Quite place to stay with nice view of the mountains and water. The buildings are not new but maintained well. It’s near hospital and shopping centers.

Overall, fantastic move-in experience. The office manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew was very responsive, and the apartment itself had a new coat of paint and new carpet. The only downside so far has been the appliances. I haven't lived in an apartment in a couple of decades, so perhaps I'm spoiled, but the dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator were on the dilapidated side.

I am very impressed with the Eagle Ridge staff. They have always been so supportive and welcoming. If I have any issues like maintenance they are super quick to respond, super efficient. The location is perfect, with the lake and walking trails. Target and other shopping is a short walk away. Freeway access is close. I couldn’t ask for more!

The front staff was very nice and helpful. We talked to the same person and she answered all of our questions. The move in was simple and easy.

Loved working with Francesca to find our forever home! It was so easy and prices are reasonable. The complex is very quiet and the floor plans are great! We love our in unit gas fire place!

This is our third year living here! We just upgraded to an upstairs 2bd 2 bath and we LOVE it! The amount of windows is awesome and our view overlooks the large grass area! This feels like condo as opposed to an apartment!!

The Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet area and neighborhood. Very old and outdated apartments with bad insulation. We like it here.

This is the most friendly community I have lived in in along time, everyone is friendly, sociable, and have the coolest fur babies. You’re minutes away from anything. Have quick access to I 25 and a short drive to Estes Park a great scenic ride. It has it all.

Eagle Ridge is located in a nice area. Unfortunately the management and maintenance struggle to solve problems. Communication with residents is poor. The pool is repeatedly closed without notice. It is a very pet friendly place, but dealing with dog waste left on the lawns is a challenge for management. Replacement on my broken dryer took almost two months. There is a problem with cars being broken into and items stolen. Security lights don’t work because of a problem with the fire pit. Security cameras are needed but management has failed to act on this issue. This an honest review for potential renters to be aware of the issues. The rent is not cheap so consider that when checking out Eagle Ridge apartments.

My daughter and I really like living here, and there's a lot of outside room for the pups to play and go for walks and it's so close to a lot of stores and good restaurants

Great location with a sense of community. Friendly office staff. Quick responses on maintenance. Washer and dryer included! Easy access to the highway and a hospital nearby.

Nice location, close to everything you need. Friendly staff, quiet and respectful community. We are releasing a smaller unit to stay another year!

It has been very challenging living at Eagle Ridge apartments, When I moved into my “refurbished “ place the dishwasher was not hooked up properly. That was the onset of great frustration. Since then, the water heater malfunctioned and leaked water all over the carpet. It had to be replaced. The microwave electrical connection had to be reworked and then the microwave had to be replaced as it no longer worked properly. The two doors to the patio were damaged and I was told they would be replaced. That was over a year ago and I am still waiting for new doors. The clothes dryer did not dry clothes and was eventually replaced. The new dryer over heats and shuts off during the drying cycle. The fireplace did not work and took over 6 months to be repaired. Both toilets have had to be repaired more than once because of leaking water and broken mechanisms. After renting one year my rent was increased $200.00 per month. In spite of all these issues I do like my apartment.

Just renewed our lease…going to be our 3rd year at Eagle Ridge! We LOVE it here! The location is amazing and the complex is beautiful! I love walking my dogs around the lake right behind our complex! The office staff is truly wonderful and maintenance is top notch!

Office staff is very friendly. We are looking to release a different unit soon. The complex is quiet and in close proximity to lots of activities.

decent place to live, very quiet, close to shopping, staff is great to work with. Units are dated. I do feel the rent price is based on market and not quality. That really is the sad part.

Nice place to stay. Wish the cost was lower but it's still a great place. Also wish there was a bit more parking available but that's hard to change.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The apartments are nice, especially the ones with attaches garages! The staff is wonderful! Friendly and truly care about their renters. 100% recommended this community!

Fantastic place to live, staff is amazing. Location is absolutely great. Wish the pool was alittle bigger and it had a play ground, but being next to the lake is amazing.

All workers go above and beyond for the residents. There are fun events that are hosted by the staff and overall it is a quiet, great community to live in!

Nice apartment but disappointed that appliances and counter surfaces were not upgraded before move in, and things like door blinds and window screens with obvious wear were not replaced. The kitchen and bathroom are the most dated rooms. Old tubs and tile, worn enamel in the sink and super tiny toilets. It's a lovely apartment but needs a refresh to get five stars.

There are evil pet cats that stalk and attack my dog in this complex. The apartment has leash policies for dogs but the cats run rampant and harass my dog and the wild baby bunnies. Not cool. Please tell people to keep their evil cats inside.

Lovely grounds and quiet , very accommodating and pleasant staff. Close to everything and maintenance staff has been working hard even though short staffed

It is comfortable. it is close to shopping and food. Apartments need updating, parking area needs repair. Not sure why money is wasted on painting the surface of the parking lot. Pool needs updating, the BBQ area thought was decent but really not that great. The kids play area is in desperate need of repair!

Nice and quiet area. People who work at the apartment leasing center are always nice. AC unit is horrible and doesn’t work properly, even when we put in maintenance request to be fixed.

AC broke at the worst possible time in the middle of summer and while we had family visiting for vacation. There are pet cats that run amuck that have attacked our dog and harass the baby bunnies and the complex doesn't seem to care. This is the most expensive apartment we have had and it has had the most problems and inconveniences. Not sure why electric vehicle charging stations take priority when everyone's AC is breaking... Apartments look nice and location is great but I don't feel it is worth what you pay and all the frustrations.

I am loving this location and how quiet it is. Everyone here has been very helpful and kind. My only complaint is rent and some unexpected additions to my monthly bill. However, these days it is pretty typical of any apartment complex. It is not enough to make me want to move. We are loving it!!

They have made living here for 6 years the greatest! Even changing units was an absolute breeze thanks to the leasing staff!!! Friendly and easy to work with! Quiet community is always a plus as well!

Have lived here for about 8 Months now and still love it. We have lived in other Complexes before, but this one is the closest to having a homey feeling that we have experienced. The complex is very nice, and it’s nice to be close to the lakes and walking trails and pretty much any store we could need.

Glad the pool is back open, facility is a good place to live, the Complex staff are great people. Friendly, they love the community. The apartments are getting much needed repairs.

Very old and outdated apartment. Appliances are very outdated and struggle to work well (AC, dryer, dishwasher & washer machine). All old carpets and cracks in the walls.

All staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Amenities are very nice and the grounds are always kept extremely clean. This is a very pet friendly complex

I’ve been here only 2 months and have had a great experience. For the most part people pick up after their dogs. Occasionally I see someone didn’t. Landscaping in the community and around the neighborhood is great for walking your fur baby. It’s been quiet. Maintenance needed when I first moved in and they were right on top of it. Overall I am very happy here.

Great place to live they are always adding, changing, and making improvements to help better the community! A very pet friendly community , makes having a pet so nice!
