I love living here! The apartments are nice and well built. I can’t hear my neighbors unless they are outside. Maintenance responds to requests the next day. Parking hasn’t ever been an issue. The only downside is the fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher are very old. But they all work fine and we haven’t had any issues. They just add to a vintage vibe lol

love this place, we enjoy using the pool and other amenities especially in this summer heat. just wish they'd assign two parking spots to units that have 2 bedrooms

Good size for the value and amenities. Only issue we have had is being charged additional fees after signing lease that were never discussed. And the office staff doesn’t get back to you when you request to speak to management about on going issues. Our apartment had a few issues upon moving in but the maintenance team took care of them.

I don’t like apartment/townhome living, but this place has been awesome. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Grounds are well kept. Plenty of pet stations with bags for your canines. Neighbors, for the most part, are respectful and quiet. This is one of the best apartment rental experiences I’ve ever had.

Since I’ve moved in, I’ve honestly tried to find things to complain about. Nothing. No question to them is a dumb question. They will answer honestly and professionally every time. I was told where everything is and how to pay my bill in a clear and easy way to understand. My neighbors are quiet, the gym is clean and friendly, and there’s even a pool that looks welcoming. (Usually public pools look nasty to me.) As someone who has had many traumatic experiences when moving, I’m beyond pleased to say eagle point is my home and I couldn’t recommend it enough. To the eagle point staff- Thank you for giving me a home that I look forward to come to after a long day.

I love living here at Eagle point. I used to live with noisy people upstairs from me and it is so refreshing not to hear other people around me especially upstairs from me walking and up all night. I love being able to go to bed and actually sleep now. The management here is fabulous and the maintenance folks are too notch too.

A very good experience with both maintenance and administrative personnel everybody is very nice very informative tries their very best to get things done at a timely that is usually the same day I find that real refreshing it's one of the reasons that we moved we could not ever get anything fixed and we had to fix it ourselves normally this is a fantastic experience your maintenance personnel is extraordinary Seth is fairly new and we have seen him most the time very nice professional young man seems to have a lot of experience and different areas of maintenance very pleased with his work and his attitude and being very informative to me the maintenance manager also was the same when I met him very good very nice very informative and the other fellas that have fixed things as well they seem to help each other and get along well and like I said the administrative team has been very very forthcoming professional and wants to make you happy obviously very glad we moved here

The townhome is nice. Some of the neighbors are loud and like to air their relationship problems in the parking lot. Weird charges have shown up on my rent. But the office folks are really nice! The location is really convenient.

The place is well kept and everyone has been friendly. Maintenance has always been on time and helpful. My biggest complaint is that there is no dog park in a place that claims to love dogs. If a dog park was built, then this place would be fantastic.

Nice place to live. Could use a bit of an upgrade. But still a nice place. Enjoy the amenities, the pools are nice on the very hot summer day an there are grills near by where you can grill dinner while the kids are on the playground very near.

One of the best places I’ve lived in Knoxville, the apartments are a little out dated, that doesn’t bother me because work orders are finished same day, upkeep of the property is amazing and they care about the residents.

Had roaches day one and it was a bit of a hassle to get pest control out, but they came and treated. After a few weeks. I do not see any and they are still treating as a precaution. Outside of some dog mess all ovee the place and noisey neighbors. Its a fairly decent place to stay.

Love living here the location is the best. The staff at the office are always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is the best always very professional and helpful. I have really enjoyed my over ten years of living here.

I love living here at Eagle Point. The last apartment complex I was at was terribly noisy over priced. Eagle point is fabulously quiet, much cheaper and the maintenance is top of the line! I will never move again. Ever!

I love living here! The neighborhood is quiet and the townhomes are nice and spacious. My favorite part is the assigned parking so you don’t have to fight for spots when you come home. I did deduct a star because noise can be an issue and the pools are small. It’s not enough to deter from renting but can be annoying! Def come take a tour

All the office personnel are great! Interested in helping and answering questions, suggesting restaurants, and service always come with a smile. Neighbors are so nice and polite. The property is clean and well taken care of. The location is fantastic. Everything we need such as food, gas and shopping is within two miles from the property!

Moved into the complex without physically doing a walk through. They were up front with me with exactly what I was getting. Been here for almost 2 years, still doesn't disappoint. Quick maintenance service and friendly staff. Also a very friendly community.
