The townhome is nice. Some of the neighbors are loud and like to air their relationship problems in the parking lot. Weird charges have shown up on my rent. But the office folks are really nice! The location is really convenient.

The place is well kept and everyone has been friendly. Maintenance has always been on time and helpful. My biggest complaint is that there is no dog park in a place that claims to love dogs. If a dog park was built, then this place would be fantastic.

Nice place to live. Could use a bit of an upgrade. But still a nice place. Enjoy the amenities, the pools are nice on the very hot summer day an there are grills near by where you can grill dinner while the kids are on the playground very near.

One of the best places I’ve lived in Knoxville, the apartments are a little out dated, that doesn’t bother me because work orders are finished same day, upkeep of the property is amazing and they care about the residents.

Had roaches day one and it was a bit of a hassle to get pest control out, but they came and treated. After a few weeks. I do not see any and they are still treating as a precaution. Outside of some dog mess all ovee the place and noisey neighbors. Its a fairly decent place to stay.

I love living here! The neighborhood is quiet and the townhomes are nice and spacious. My favorite part is the assigned parking so you don’t have to fight for spots when you come home. I did deduct a star because noise can be an issue and the pools are small. It’s not enough to deter from renting but can be annoying! Def come take a tour

Most of the people in our apartment community is very friendly and clean; my main complaint are the stray cats that are allowed to roam the neighborhood. People should have to keep their cats indoors for their safety and ours.
This is the best apartment complex (I live at The EaglePointe Courtyards) I’ve ever lived at! The office staff and maintenance staff are very kind, the amenities are kept clean and in good condition, and the apartment itself is very nice!

For the most part everything is good, but the parking's situation cuase my second spot was moved before we got into are place it is at the end about 50 yards away. Next to free parking. So now everyone but me parks in my spot.. honestly not fair at all. For couple reasons. I have a long walk to my other spot if and when I ever have it to myself witch is never. And watching everyone one else able to get to their cars right outside there door. And when it is raining I am soak and wet getting to my car.. be nice if you can put my spot back... to were it is ment to be....
Appropriately priced for the age, responsive maintenance, and management team that seems to really care. Love the space and privacy of the townhomes.

I moved into Eagle Point Apartments in December 2024 and I absolutely love it here. It’s so quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are all so friendly. The folks running the leasing office are professional and are on top of everything . Also, I have never lived anywhere where a maintenance request gets answered to on the same day. This absolutely blew my mind (in a very good way). I am so happy I live here and I will never move again.

Been a great place to live. Only problem is the parking lot layout is very bad and the walls are quite thin. On top of that, the construction going on behind southern woods keeps shaking the building and knocking over stuff. It has been incredibly frustrating.

I moved into this apartment in May, expecting a clean and well-maintained unit. Instead, it was neglected and unlivable without significant work. My dad spent 2.5 weeks helping me get it into shape, yet there was still more left to do. I had to repaint at my expense because the walls were dingy, and the carpets were worn thin in places but couldn’t be replaced since I was already living here. Worms came out of my sink, and despite maintenance denying it, I even found one in my toothbrush. The dishwasher was a rusted 1980s relic that ruined my cutlery, the kitchen floor ripples, and the bathroom walls are uneven with excessive caulking. Maintenance is prompt but does rushed, lazy work, often leaving messes behind. This apartment was filled with years of debris, scum, and neglect. Calling these units "luxury" is false advertising. I’ve spent significant time and money making this place livable and am thoroughly disappointed. Avoid this place if you can.
