Mesa Del Oso/Promenade is a small community a few miles northeast of Downtown Albuquerque. Although small, Mesa Del Oso Promenade is a densely populated urban community dotted with shops and businesses. A variety of apartments ranging from affordable to moderately priced are available. The southern corner of the neighborhood holds modern necessities such as shopping plazas featuring a variety of restaurants and stores. While the areas within the community are mostly made up of residential and industrial developments, residents are a short drive away from the great outdoors. Arroyo del Oso Park, home to Mark Burton Gardens, a golf course, and trails, is situated just west of Albuquerque while the hiking trails, forests, and mountain peaks of the Cibola National Forest are a short drive east.

So far, not so good. The move in process with Zulie was great, she’s absolutely amazing. Although, the cleanliness of the apartment upon move in was horrible, it’s like they just vacuumed and that was it. My old apartment even deep cleaned the apartments before new people moved in.

There are a lot of roaches outside and even if you keep your house clean, I still see one to two a day inside my home, But overall everyone’s very professional good experience so far, Neighbors are a little rowdy sometimes

From the street and entrance, the complex is pretty attractive. Office personnel are helpful, hard-working and very friendly, of course guided and led by our awesome manager Veronica. For seven (7) yrs. at a previous complex, we had 1, perhaps 2 good managers out of 8! Consequently, Eagle Point wins the medal !!??

Well it’s overall good, except for the fact that I’ve been here for almost a MONTH and still have not gotten ANY response about my amenity key and have YET TO BE ABLE TO DO LAUNDRY OR GO TO THE GYM. It’s infuriating. When I last spoke to anyone at the leasing office they told me to give them a week. That was on 11/6/2024. I’ve sent two emails to the “Management Email” and have yet to receive any response. It just sucks that I am completely unable to do my laundry and have to go to an outside facility and continue to pay to do my laundry.

The leasing team at Eagle Point understood the urgency of our situation. We moved across the country with an apartment at a different community secured-- only to arrive and find that it was completely inaccessible to my partner who is a wheelchair user. The same day, we were able to tour and apply to an ADA unit at Eagle Point, and we signed our lease and moved in the very next day. Monique and Tre in the leasing office were kind and helpful. We are so grateful for their help.

Super well kept, staff at all times are friendly and quick to help whenever I do something stupid. Couldn't be more happy here. The apartment is very good at delivering urgent notifications via both email and physical signage, the the goings on always feel pretty transparent.

The online leasing process was smooth and easy. The staff worked with me to get everything I needed in order to move. Was coming from another state. The staff made sure they were there to greet me on a Saturday. Then show me the grounds and my apartment.

I am coming up on my 3rd year, and I am very happy I live here. Maintenance is great and very responsive, and the people in the office are very nice. Neighbors are okay, but overall great area and place to live for the price.

The staff is great, maintenance is fast and competent. The community is nice and people are friendly, but the rent has gotten too high. If you can afford it, it is a nice community

Well kept secret within the Northeast Heights! Although the apartments and grounds are older, they have been very well maintained. The units are very nice and spacious, as well as quiet with a good number of upgrades in the kitchen and bath. Fantastic location. Reasonable rent prices for the area. The pool is nice and they are building a new gazebo in the main courtyard. The maintenance and landscaping staff are present daily doing lawn work and performing repairs. The staff in the office is very friendly and receptive. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Veronica, Monique, and Tre in the office as well as Noe and Miguel on the maintenance staff.

Everyone worked very hard to get me into this apt in a timely manner. There were some clerical errors but it still worked. I've only been here 5 days so far so I cant testify as to the QOL of this complex. I will say there are some nice people here though. Great location...there is a park ez walking distance just north of here that's good for your morning dog walk. Access to stores on Montgomery is nice while being this far east getting on Montgomery is not difficult.
