My wife and I have been here over over 2 months and it was a big disappointment to be honest. There are ants in the apartment; kitchen sink only has hot water; moles grow back in the bathtub in the master bedroom as it was only painted over, and it is clogged.

Been here since June 2023 and it has been great for the price. My only complaint is the amount of geese and ducks defecating all over the property, otherwise no complaints. If there is an issue within my unit the maintenance is on top of it! Also if something does not belong here it is towed away. Also the speedway police patrol and keep watch at the entrance of the property which is nice and a plus! I will resign my lease soon!
Eagle lake is the best. It is affordable lake, comfortable. .it is home.
I love everything about the apartment except the manager and office staff.

DO NOT DO IT! I lived in the 2002 building (one of the bigger ones) and it was an awful living condition. There was roaches constantly, a mouse that got in my third floor unit, homeless men that live in the stairwells and the tenants leave the place filthy! Hallways and outside is covered in trash, the poor maintenance men have to clean it up every morning. Don’t let the nice floor plans and views fool you.

Do not waste your time or money. This place is falling apart. We've had numerous mice, ants all year, and flooding. Exterminators, plumbers, and maintenance men can't keep up with the problems; the issues are beyond them. Also, parking is terrible. They have "parking passes" for residents but half of the cars parked in the lot don't have them so don't expect to find any good spots.

The people working in the office do NOT genuinely care about you. I’ve been living here since July 2020 and I’ve had ants and spiders since day 1 of me living here. It is now 2021 and I’m still dealing with the same problem plus more. I’ve been dealing with MICE. Multiple mice have been running throughout the buildings and into residents apartments and Eagle Lake Landing has done NOTHING about it except sweep it under the rug. They lie to future residents about having a rodent and pest problem. These apartments appear to be great but they are overpriced. There is always something in my apartment falling apart or I am always dealing with a leak. I will be leaving ASAP.

I was not present when the order was fulfilled, but all of my requests were fixed and there was a notice from the maintenance of them being fixed. So I was aware that they were handled.
Apartments are in good working order, the area is reasonably safe, has a good location, and is reasonably priced. However, maintenance does not always respond in a timely manner, but the do fix the problem when they finally do show up.
I can’t think of a worse apartment complex. When we first moved in we had packages left at our door that were STOLEN. There are no cameras anywhere to even see who stole them. The office said we could send packages to the office to prevent packages from getting stolen. But NOW they tell us they are no longer accepting packages. So they have NO WAY to ensure our packages are safe. I have multiple packages that I ordered before we got this notice so now I guess I’m out of luck. Not that they would care. We also always have to wait AT LEAST a week before maintenance comes. And even then I always have to put in another request to get anything done. We were once emailed on a Saturday afternoon that we could not use our water. Just an email. That I didn’t see until evening after I had already used the water. Then before bed I call the office to ask if the water is safe to use and the office staff had no idea something was even wrong with the water. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY ARE THE WORST. Our gym fob doesn’t work also even though I went to them and reported that my gym fob didn’t work. Nothing was done about it. These are the worst people. I can’t say enough bad things. It’s hard to even put it all into one review. Do not live here. Every time when I think it can’t get worse, it does. This place is the biggest joke. I can’t wait to move out. But I bet I’ll get screwed over then too.
When you find your car getting robbed or your apartment getting robbed and you happen to show up during the crime, run ! This happened too frequently. My sister came to see us and her Acura was stolen. My car was broken into the following week. Neighbors just like us have been robbed and so forth. When you talk to management theres nothing they can do. Please stop calling yourself luxury. Put a security detail out there or install some dummy cameras. Just Do SOMETHING!

I did recommend someone and they moved in but i never received or was told about signing a paper. So i never got the money for it. When i asked about it they said there was nothing they can do even though it was their fault. I missed out of $20” and was very unhappy.

The hallways in the building need to be cleaned more and the children that run throughout the building is nerve wrecking. I have reported them before. The rent has increased and seems that loyalty is not appreciated and I take pride in my residence and my fellow friends have inquired about living here which are all retirees from nice jobs that could possibly reside here one day. But rent rising every year is not a good thing, the apartments should want to retain good tenants who pay their entire rent on time and keep up the property.

I feel safe and feel that this is a fair price to pay for what I'm getting. I can't ever hear other apartments and although it smells in the hallway, the smell doesn't usually permeate into our apartment.

It took almost an entire month for maintenance to get to my issue. When they did, the problem was not fixed and seems like nothing has been done at all.
We moved in a few months ago and ever since we have had ROACHES that aren't planning to leave anytime soon, the bug guy comes in for 2 minutes and blames us, while they are trying to help they have been getting nowhere. When you work the night shift and come home at midnight you have to park a pretty good distance from your place if you aren't that lucky to get a spot! Neighbors are a tad noisy and they want to do the lawn at 10 am every time so no sleeping in!

The information provided online, including descriptions, photos, and 3D tours accurately reflected the apartment complex and specific unit I was shown.
I love living here but rent for a one-bedroom is a little bit pricey. There are also not many one-bedrooms available which is what most people I know are interested in.
office staff is friendly, neighbors in my building are nice, maintenance is normally fast when fulfilling maintenance requests, and more.
like the location with it being close to restaurants and the interstate giving you access to the city,the apartments are nice and spacious,but think pricing is a little high and do have a concern about parking and security.

Residents in my building like to smoke (cigarettes and other) inside the building(hallways and stairwells). The smell gets into my apartment and I do not like it. They also have burned the carpet/structure of the stairwell that took a while for maintenance to replace.
The apartments units have all the amenities you would want in an apartment at a reasonable price, and the area is reasonably safe
I've been on the property for several years about 4 and now I'm smelling marijuana when I come home, there's nowhere to park parking is horrible in the area where my apartment is located and there's trash in the hallway on the stairs it was never like that before.
This is a very diverse apartment community. Most are nice people, but not all care and especially about even getting the trash in the dumbster. They just toss it anywhere. Sadly, maintenance has to clean that up. Not sure how to explain that to my friends?
I would recommend the property to a friend or family member who did not have their own washer and dryer and that I thought would be comfortable with the range of pricing for the units.
