This is worse place I have ever lived by far, between the mold and the roaches you will not be able to look at anything inside your apartment the same again. This place deserves to be condemned and is not worth even the lowest rate they charge. Live with a family member, find a roommate, do whatever you have to do to avoid this place. Moving here is one of the worst choices I’ve ever made and I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. You may find better living conditions in your local county jail

My Siberian Huskies and I have lived here for 6 months and we love this apartment complex! They have such an amazing maintenance team, an awesome leasing team that cares about their tenants, a community coordinator that engages with spectacular events and workshops for every resident, and much more!

Save yourself the money and move somewhere else. The apartments aren’t worth what they’re priced for and there is a nonstop slew of roaches throughout my apartment. I fumigated my apartment twice within a year and it doesn’t help. I’ve lived here since July 2018 and I’m moving out as of July 2019. The neighbors leave their trash everywhere and no one picks up after their dogs. The neighbors are also insanely rude and their kids are out cursing and screaming until about 9:30 at night, every night. If you’re lucky you might even smell marijuana in the morning. The gate is broken once every two weeks and the water is shut off at least once a month. Sometimes the police patrol the complex just because of the area. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can live somewhere else.

Was basically told we make too much money to live in this complex and that because we are full times students that we could not stay there. The property is nice and staff was not rude but this was ridiculous

The entire leasing staff has been so kind and patient. Miss Lesley has been sure to check in with me to make sure that I am comfortable and taken care of. I am so happy I moved here and I am glad to call this place my new home.

They don't care about the tenants, all they care about is the rent being paid, place isn't safe to live.

I moved here from Florida in July and since then I have loved my experience! They have made some great changes and offer events that a great for kids, families and adults. I just renewed my lease!

I read reviews on these apartments before I moved here last year in October and I was honestly concerned but I haven't had any issues since we moved here. It's quiet at night and kid friendly. I would definitely renew my lease with them another year.

Don't ever move here. The property is crawling with rats that the company refuses to do anything useful about. They don't make repairs. They show no concern for their tenants. Way overpriced for them to be so careless. I'm telling you... don't do it!!! Ask anyone who lives here.

I was a tenant from July 2015 until my place was broken into on Christmas. Thankfully, I was not home. There had been a string of break ins in the community that no one was aware about because the tenants were never informed. I felt so violated and endangered that I decided to terminate my lease and get out of there immediately. Do not move here. The communication skills are horrible and despite the gate being up, it never functions and there are no guards on site.

They just got new management so since then they are doing better.

These apartments are my first apartments they work with you when you need them two. I t is quiet and quick ride to downtown and Smyrna. The apartments are also close to 285 North and South. They have an library down the street close to schools and stores.
