We logged two calls for toilet issue and A/C filter replacement, filter replacement was completed next day and they had to order a toilet part which was delivered and installed the next day. Once again, the maintenance team was fast to respond, respected our request to not enter the apartment unless we were present, and work was completed effectively ,efficiently and within one day of opening request. Super and fast service as it has always been in the past three years we've been here!

A 15 year resident, notice deterioration and neglect of the inside of the building, except near the rental office, inside up keep could be a lot better.
This is a wonderful place to live. My apartment is spacious with beautiful views. The common areas are clean and well maintained. Facilities such as the rec room and valet trash service are superb. Maintenance requests are promptly attended to. Leasing office staff Xiana, Simone and Tamara are always friendly and helpful. What’s not to love?
I think the Dublin Station by Windsor is a great community to live in for everyone from single individuals to families. The community is very friendly.

The complex is extremely well managed, well kept and we’ve found any maintenance requests are usually resolved within 24 hours regardless of the task. All residents very courteous of each other and no noise issues.
Community office management is wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
The only good thing is the maintenance guys, they are excellent but they can only do so much. In comparison to other apartments in Dublin, these apartments are overpriced. The features in kitchen and bathroom are not even updated in comparison to other apartment.
Dublin Station by Windsor (DSW) is a typical, recently-built, solidly-constructed apartment complex. It has great amenities - the gym obviates the need for a gym membership. The parking is very convenient, the office is accessible during normal hours - just walk in (as long as they're not giving tours). Property management, the leasing team and the maintenance team are responsive and outstandingly helpful. (And friendly!) Package receipt and notifications are straightforward. Of course, the big thing is "Location, Location, Location!" Dublin is a thriving city, with all the amenities: convenient shopping, restaurants, hardware, parks everywhere, etc. And DSW is in the center of it all. I walk, bike, bus or BART to *everything* - medical and dental, food, retailers of every kind; San Fran or San Jose, etc. And from here you can head out on a bike in just about any direction and go for miles and miles on safe trails or roads with bike lanes - flat or hilly, Moving to DSW has transformed my life.
We paid the application fee here and unfortunately had to cancel before we could sign the lease. The security deposit of $500 had already been deducted. While the application fee is non-refundable, they refused to give back the security deposit as well which is outrageous. We cancelled the apartment hours after this amount was deducted and requested a refund. They have been extremely inconsiderate and rude and have forfeited the security deposit for NO REASON. Please stay away from this place. I can only imagine the amount they’d charge at move out.
It would be better if homeless people weren't coming in and sleeping in the stairwells, smelling cigarettes and weed and wondering if they will start a fire.

I had an excellent experience moving in. The leasing office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process a breeze. I'm absolutely loving my new apartment, and I'm impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. 10/10!
We moved in for almost 2 months. In the beginning we did find some repairs need to be done so we contacted the management team. They sent staff to fix within 1-2 days which is pretty turnaround. There was one time we called the dispatch emergency number, the staff onsite came super quick to help us.
Put in request, response was in 2 hours and request was completed the next day, which has been the case for all my requests. Very efficient and effective service!

This is a good place to live and raise family. The property well maintained, staff and people who live here are friendly. Property conveniently located to the BART, stores, Emerald park.
Dublin Station is a really secure, safe, community to live in. The team in the front office from Tamara and Simone are welcoming, patient, nice, approachable, helpful, and thorough. The gym and outdoor cooking area with the pool are just great to have to have friends over for a dinner and cookout. I usually invite the front office to try foods because they are cool to talk to also. The convenience of the BART station is unreal. I can get walk fro my apartment and board the BART station in 10 minutes from door to BART. Overall, rent prices are higher yet competitive but the location, safety, security, amenities, nice neighbors, and the ffront office are worth it. Paying less and not having those would make coming home miserable. I enjoy living here and would recommend to others.
The maintenance team at Dublin station are top notch, and should be the example of what good maintenance services should look like.
This review is specifically for the move-in experience. On the day of the move-in the apartment was not clean; the cabinets had stains, the refrigerator door had dirty fingerprint marks all over and the vinyl floor was stained. Upon letting the onsite team know, I was told there is no porter available on the weekend and was asked to clean it myself. I did not appreciate the tone of the onsite agent Tamara. When moving into a new apartment I expect it to be clean and not have to start my residency with having to do any cleaning.
Windsor at Dublin Station is a very pleasant place to live. Its already May, so our swimming pool is used on daily basis by children and adult. Some people do barbeque, some just relaxed near the pool. It's a nice community to live in. Apartments have a nice layout, everything in the apartment is conveniently located. We are very happy to live here.
The Dublin Station by Windsor is a great place to live, very quiet with very well kept public areas. Recently a new Maintenance Supervisor joined the team. The improvement was done in one area - the carpets near freight elevator and long hallways are now vacuum cleaned which was not done before. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are cleaned on a daily basis, gym and the bathroom near the gym always sparkles. All in all this is a great place to live.
All staff are amazing and professional!! The only thing is the lack of extra janitorial staff to vacuum hallways, and keep the foyers clean. Unfortunately there are residents, who are not tidy and put there trash at the entry of the hallway leading from the garage. Also the rent goes up 9% every year. But other than that it is a quiet, safe environment to live in. The property management staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. Tamara, Simone and Eden are top notch!!! Maintenance staff are always on point and very professional and detailed.

The maintenance team especially Beto are great. However the noise from the neighbors even past 10 pm is ridiculous and management doesn’t do anything about it.
I am pleased with my decision to live here the last two years. The complex is beautiful, up-kept, the staff is so nice and the environment has been overall a positive and enjoyable experience. There’s no such thing as a perfect place to live, but Dublin Station is pretty close to it. Continue doing what you guys are doing. :)

I have been here at Dublin for nearly 1 month now and so far I love it! The community as well as the staff members are all very welcoming and as someone who works hectic hospital hours and has lived in apartment communities before, I really appreciate how quiet it is no matter the time of day.
Best service and performance for the guy who fixed multiple problems in one visit.
One good thing about your team is the faculty techs are super prompt and provide excellent service.

We live at Dublin Station by Windsor two months. We are very happy hear. It’s a quiet place. We regularly using very impressive gym, in September and part of October we swam in the swimming pool and used jacuzzi. We like a playroom with billiard. Our apartment is specious, the view is amazing. We do not hear our neighbors. All maintenance issues were timely resolved. Maintenance people are work quickly and professionally. The staff in the office are always ready too answer our questions. Very important: we can safely receive our orders from Amazon and other companies. Post office delivers and picks up mail. We like the palm trees and other trees and bushes around property. The garage is secured. We received the “Reserved space” for our car and it on the same floor as our apartment which is great. All in all this is nice place to live.
Good neighborhood that is quiet and seemingly safe. A convenient location to stores and public transportation. Moderate weather to very warm weather in summer. Property management staff nice and friendly.
All of the Windsor staff has been supportive, friendly and professional every since I've lived here. Although, some residents don't have respect for themselves and others, by leaving trash and animal waste in com.on areas, whenever er I submit a request it is usually taken care of within 24 hrs or less. A big thank you fir being the best Tamara , Simone, and Eden!! Also a big shout out to the maintenance guys, you are amazing!

I enjoy living here. It is a new community with many nice amenities. It is close to my work, BART, and shopping and restuarants.
It is a really good community. I just wish there was better ventilation system in hallways as due to trash service the hallways reek and lights in the hallway are also very dim. Also the windows in living room should have the function to be old. For better ventilation in the apartment.
Awesome leasing team, extremely attentive, flexible and helpful. Very efficient & friendly service and the team really helped us out with quick options to find in-complex storage and short-term in-complex lease while we waited for a more permanent apartment to be available - fantastic and extremely fast turn around on all of this, including having everything ready on the move-in date! The leasing team are available every single day covering great early and later hours, with maintenance & emergency service on-call 24x7.
