I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment, and I was impressed. The space is well-designed, with modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience enjoyable.

I had a scheduled tour and no one ever showed up. I left after an hour of waiting. It like they don’t want your money. No one ever reached out to me either. It looks like a very nice place to live but they just don’t want your money.

Dronfield Apartments has been a wonderful complex for my husband and I this past year. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking or driving distance! The complex is always clean and well taken care of with easy on site laundry, parking and a pool. We love our apartment and everything that comes with it!

Its a beautiful apartment building with wonderful neighbors and a great manager(Melissa)who is always available to answer any question you have. If you have any maintenance issues they are very quick to respond and take care of it. My family and I enjoy living here, the location is fantastic and we are so thankful for our new apartment.I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

I've stayed here for more than a year and have had an amazing time with no issues whatsoever. The property is well looked after, maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the property manager is very responsive about any concerns. They've added paintings and plants to liven up the space and have also upgraded the washing machines recently so that's also a plus. Haven't heard of any safety issues either. Would definitely recommend checking out if you're planning to move to this area!

I have lived here since 2011. Management is quick to respond to any issues and maintenance needs. Staff is very friendly.

I love Dronfield Mountain View.. Management is available and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and maintenance is ready if there are any repairs or work to be done. Please look in to these units and you won't regret it.

It’s got everything you need and it’s kept very clean there are laundry rooms in each floor and a great view

I appreciate the help I got when I first applied to move in. The manager was very helpful with process. The place is mostly kept clean and when it's not clean, it's the tenants disregard to others that mess it up for the rest. So far it's been a great place for my family.

The Maneger that is in the building is Rude and unprofessional.I lived in that place for a few years and we used to have a manager that was very good @ her job but she left and know that one that took her jab is rude if you get an her bad side fidgeted she'll make your stay there impossible.and maintenance its wort it took them 3 months to change the water boiler. And the loundry room is one of the worst one the machines are always broke same times you gat to do washing in one floor and do your drying in anther leve ether in the 1floor or the second floor.one time I told her that the loundry machine was broken. And she gat mad at me an told me if I wanted the machines fix to call the repair company myself. So know I moving out as soon as I can my contract end in a couple so months

I live in this building and it's getting worse every year they increase the rent to much I have lived here for 9 years and know aim looking to move bill are getting to high and maintenance is getting worse every week there's a ne maintenance permalloy

I've been living at this property for over a year, and I love it! I can't believe that the price is so low compared to similar properties in the area! They don't offer the same amenities as this property, and the area surrounding the other properties is usually not as nice. Having the option to let in our guests through the intercom is priceless, or being able to open the front door, and gate without a key is even better. The laundry room on site is so convenient and easy to use; something that recently happened. It used to be difficult to reload your laundry card, but with all of the comments from fellow tenants, we were able to change that. Management will listen to your concerns and provide the amenities you want because they want to keep you around! The view from the balcony is amazing! The mountains look so powerful and intimidating at the same time. You will love living here!

The property manager is rude and unprofessional. Didn't show up to a scheduled viewing of an apartment which shows she lacks communication. Definitely wouldn't want to be handing over money to her.
