Neighbors can great but some are inconsiderate to other neighbors around as far as being loud and rude early in the morning I guess we need to put up a sign like a child to be considerate to neighbors!!!!!
I can Only speak for myself. I've been a resident for almost 8 years. I feel very comfortable in my unit and can actually consider it Home. I was thinking of moving a couple times in the past out of state but lost the desire to do so because of the Homey feel of my unit at Drexel. I'm comfortable and appreciate the staff doing such a wonderful job in accommodating my/our needs.
I have nothing to say at this time, I love my unit and I’m grateful for this opportunity. At this time but I pay too much rent to have to live in these conditions.
It's a nice place to live. They take care of the building. There are some nice amenities such as the Work out. Room and community room. I find maintenance to be very responsive. And? I have some nice neighbors. The greatest thing I like is that we have parking. So you don't have to park on the street and it's for Residents and some Amenities for visitors to park also. It's extremely hard to find this in the city of chicago. I'm right at the Edge of Hyde Park in Washington Park, where there are a lot of. Events happening all the time. So it's great for kids and it's close to the beach.
Well I've been at Drexel since 2017. When I first arrived it was in transformation of receiving new management I believe and I can honestly say it's been nothing but up since I've been here. I feel safe, my neighbors are quite courteous and pretty much I love the fact we have cameras as a part of security.
I live here. This place is infested with roaches. Not normal size roaches I'm talking 2 1/2 inches long not including the antennas. I've never lived with roaches before, I rarely want to have company. These Roaches are so big I can hear them walking from time to time. I can't believe I moved here, I'm so upset. I hate it here. Take my advice..DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! They said we were supposed to get new entry doors it's been a year and Nope!! The buzzer to my apartment has never worked!!They rehabbed the building but the roaches the size of horses remain
Hey! I just moved here and wanted to comment. There is new owners and management in place and they are making lots of improvements. My apartment has all new everything and is really nice. They are painting the halls and putting in new flooring and making a new fitness center. There’s a new Jewel/Osco around the corner that just opened too. This place is looking great.
From day 1 its been a nightmare....roach,electrical, water, security,waste issues and people that dont care!
This place is very nasty infested with roaches move and cockroaches. Your apt will constantly flood and management won’t do anything abt it. It is a horrible and very nasty place to live please dint come here
this house is infested with roaches and mice, the chutes are always filled up with trash, everything is old and fragile, and the bells don't work
I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED AROUND MY APARTMENT,STORES THE TRAIN AND MOST OF ALL GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD AND NEIGHBORES
