The application process was super easy. Tiffany helped me through it and brought me so much relief. She’s had nothing but positive energy from the phone conversation to meeting in person and getting the final details settled. Entering the apartment i instantly felt at home. All of the appliances were in great shape. Im excited to finally experience the environment you guys offer.

My 19th lease!! This is my home & now that it’s been updated, I feel more comfortable here than before!!

They came same day! I put in for a laundry room sink leak & it was fixed the same day!!

Quick reply!! My smoke alarm was driving me crazy with the beeping, & Ashley came & installed a new one!

This place was amazing about 2 years ago, but since they’ve changed staff and managers it’s Gone downhill like a high speed train. They raise your rent $50-$75 every year. Bad complex, great location.

After checking out different apartments in the area I came to Drawbridge and was wowed right off the bat. Amanda that was working in the front office was so friendly and helpful. When I'm ready to move in a few months I will definitely be coming back to Drawbridge for the warm, homey feeling and great value.

I just moved into Drawbridge Apts in June & I love it. I love the amendities they offer & my neighbors are pretty quiet. I dealt with April & she was great...actually awesome. She was there every time I needed her & willing to help whenever I asked. The maintenance staff is pretty good as well. I'm loving my place so far!!

I would not recommend this place if you care about your property! When doing construction in the parking lot, they sent out an email that said explicitly, "YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MOVE YOUR CAR AT THIS TIME." When leaving for work the next morning, they had towed my car to the other end of the lot without ANY notice or permission from me! Dings and nicks have been found on my leased vehicle. They claimed they "attempted to contact." Funny how every time there is a movie night they have no problem contacting. Also, there have been various times during my lease that I have requested to NOT ENTER my apartment when I am not home. I had been reassured that they would not and, lo and behold, when I come home from work, there is a notice saying someone has been there. Insane invasion of privacy! Do not trust the office. They have their own agenda.

I have been living here for only 7 months i gave My first referral and basically they tried to keep it for themselves even though the people i referred said they put me down... no they said it’s going to someone who works in the office and her husband I’m beyond done... i will Never refer anyone else to this place they were EXTREMELY rude about it especially Ashley.. it’s ridiculous that their trying to keep money for themselves I’m disgusted with this company at this point.

I lived there from 2010 to 2011, someone said there was security. The only security the complex had at the time was a non working security camera system and a sign that read property monitored. Not likely, my car was broken into. Also, when I took baths the lining in the tub peeled off, something that they made me pay for. Also, before leaving I used a carpet cleaner vacuum on the carpets. And they still had me pay a large sum after leaving the apartment. I was hardly ever there. I was in the military at the time. Also, my next door neighbors constantly faught, I told the management and they did nothing. Eventually, one or both moved out and it was quiet again. Avoid at all costs.

Great apartment spacious . Great neighbors just The rent high & wish they could fix my bathroom floor. Probably gonna only Be Here a year.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I’ve lived in these apartments for about 7 or 8 months now and ya been terrible! When I moved in there was mold under my kitchen sink and all inside the drywall, however I was not aware it was mold until 4 or 5 months into my lease because it got worse. My 2 year old cat and I moved in June and we were both fine up until November. My boyfriend and his 6 month old cat moved in around October and they were both viscously ill. His 6 month old cat almost died because she was instantly affected by the mold. She was having seizures everyday and vomiting non-stop. It got so bad that my boyfriend had to quit his job because his cat had to be monitored 24/7. In November I started getting sick and I wasn’t sure why or what was Causing me to get sick. The same thing happened to my 2 year old cat and she had to be taken to the vet multiple times and they found out both of these cats are being affected by mold. By January the mold had gotten 10 times worse and I was rushed to the emergency room twice for severe stomach pain and throwing up blood and the doctor said it was most likely because of the mold. Back in November we had maintenance inspections and the maintenance SAW the mold and did nothing about it. So when I contacted the office they tried to tell me this inspection never happens and I was lying even though they looked at the mold with their own eyes. I told them that I just found out I’m pregnant and they told me “it’s you’re own fault you’re living in an apartment with mold.” This place has done absolutely nothing to even attempt to fix the issue and every time I’ve shown them any evidence of anything they say “it’s not good enough proof” or “that’s from a friend of a friend.” They even had the nerve to tell me if I don’t like the mold then just hand in my keys and take an eviction. The one woman, Tonya, went as far as to tell me I was gonna ruin my life and my credit and that my boyfriend and I have a terrible relationship. It was beyond inappropriate. The management here is so immature it’s ridiculous. I’m now having to spend my own money to get this mold tested and sue them in court and it’s sad that that it had to come to this instead of them just easily fixing the problem. Don’t move here or you’ll just have problems!

They don't take good care of the complex! To sum it up, they sent out a surveys each year. For the first, they let us know they heard residents' complaints & were going to fix kitchens, which were top of list. A few months later, they were advertising new kitchens in new apartments! How that helped residents already living there is a mystery to me. New mailboxes were promised another year. Those never came. My front room blinds were horrible - uneven, discolored and didn't meet properly so light came in between most of them. One year, they came in and told me to pull the cords tightly. Next year they replaced a couple of the shorter ones with long ones...instead of just replacing the blinds! And back to kitchens, I finally got a new stove when I wasn't going to re-sign for more than a 6 month lease....but the uneven cupboards and drawers (some of which actually left sawdust when opened and closed!) were never taken care of. But at least a new resident got a new, upgraded kitchen! And I've never lived in a complex where they charge a lump sum when you move in for a pet and also a monthly charge! And you had to pay a monthly charge to have a car port (which were filthy, by the way). I really should rate them "Poor". I'm giving them a "Fair" because I always found the maintenance staff to respond quickly and do as much as they were allowed to do. But it's really "Poor" for office management staff and especially for Paragon Apartments, the owner company. I will never, never, ever rent a Paragon Apartment again.

Clean an friendly nice area great staff and its pet friendly. Also have security that patrol the apartment complex

I have lived at Drawbridge Apt for 6 years ,I call this home,the reason is that when you can have a peace of mind while you are at your place for that long is amazing.The love you get from the residents and the staff is beyond words,they are always planing events for the residents ,always keeping us in the loop,I love the movie nights,so over the top.I just want to say last that our Staff Rock! I love the spaciousness of my apartment, love their staff they are caring & concerned. I had numerous leaks before the roof was replaced, & after. I think the problem has been solved. The building that I live in is very quiet which I love. I'm u at 4:30 and out of my apartment by 5:30 to get to my job on time, so I good nite sleep is imperative.

My reason for given Drawbridge Apartment a Five Star Rating. I needed to relocate from Tupelo Mississippi. Back to Michigan. To be Closer to my Children due to my health conditions. I made a phone call to the office at Drawbridge.And the office worker. Carl Took care me.Carl understood what I was going thur.Carl stayed in touch with me. Another thing that drew me to Drawbridge.I proud to say I'm a resident of Drawbridge Apartments.I'm Loving my New Home. This is the perfect place for families. Their Great shopping in the area. Just a couple mile from the beach and bike trail that goes miles.

Well I have been living here for 5 years. the management staff is wonderful the maintenance staff is wonderful whenever you call they react immediately the management staff works very well with the residents they explain to you what you need to know if you have any questions they are there available to answer the questions. the drug which apartment is very nice environment to live in. the building are living is very nice and quiet and clean.

From the moment I called to set up a showing to signing the lease and moving in, it's been a smooth process. Carl in the leasing staff is wonderful. When I moved in, I did have a few things that needed to be looked at and fixed and the maintenance staff was quick to it. The apartments are outdated, I still have original fixtures, appliances, windows and furnace from when the building was built. They are working on updating the apartments cabinets and lighting fixtures one at a time, but my apartment could not be updated due to time constraints. Other than the outdated style, the community is great and the leasing staff is wonderful to work with.

My apartment is well kept. Its very home welcoming. I enjoy my stay and the environment is very pleasant surprise.The management team s on point. Now the cost is high specially when you are a renewed leaser. But I will give my apartment Drawbridge an 5 star.....

I've enjoyed living at Drawbridge. The maintenance requests are taken care of fairly promptly. I really like the new kitchen cupboards and kitchen / bathroom cabinets. I like having the pool and gym. I do wish the exterior of the buildings and the landscaping were more attractive.

Drawbridge is a pretty good place to live and the staff is always here when ever you request them, it's a real peaceful and relaxing experience living here.

Clean community,well maintained grounds. Friendly staff,apartment repairs are done quickly and done well. Nice location , only a few of miles from the beach. Only negative is the rent is higher then some of the surrounding apartment complexes.

These apartments are spacious, and hold lots of storage space. I love the community and the people in the leasing office are always willing to help. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond and fix any issues that need to be addressed. I LOVE IT HERE AT DRAWBRIDGE APARTMENTS

I moved in my apartment in May 2015. Since living here I've had nothing but a positive experience. My apartment complex is very good with maintenance issues. I called for my garbage disposal to be fixed and it was fixed within less than 24 hours. The office personal are very professional & efficient. My apartment looks exactly like the model that was shown to me with updated cabinets. It's everything I hoped it would be.

I have rented at other Paragon Properties and this company takes great care of their grounds. the upkeep of complex is great and any maintenance request are taken care of in timely manner. Staff is always helpful and directs you in right direction. The new laundry system is awesome, with the use of card system and ease of adding funds.

The apartment size is good for two people and being by the highway is great. It's safe place to live and has private security making nightly rounds for added benefit. The windows need to be updated because you loose heat and air during the winter and summer months. Friendly staff that knows their residents by name and respond quickly to work orders.

I absolutely love This apartment complex. The maintenance response is very quick and it is very peaceful, even the pet friendly buildings. I always recommend Drawbridge to people that I know are looking for an apartment

The apartments here are very full of space,they are open and provide what you want in an apartment,but I would say the only thing that I would change is not keep uping the rent every 6months or every time we renew a lease, but it has a wonderful of the court yard,the pool provides a place to be social and the maintance is very helpful and nice. I would recommond this place to other people

My boyfriend and I enjoy living here and think the staff do their job well and are always on top of things. However, we have some issues with some of our neighbors.
