Draper Lofts Apartments

It?s a great building and the leasing agent was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

All maintenance requests I have made while living here have been responded to in a manner that met my expectations.

I have lived here for one year with my husband and our large dog. We have had a fantastic experience here. The interiors of these apartments are all recently renovated and beautiful. The building itself is a renovated school, so we have large windows with lots of natural light. The maintenance worker, Will, is so friendly and very efficient. The cleaning staff, Property Manger (Dave) and Office Manager (Sarah) are very warm and personable. They are always willing to answer questions or have a friendly conversation. The location is Schenectady, so take it what you will, there has been some disputes in the homes across the streets, but nothing caused or having to do with Draper Lofts. Our apartment is very quiet, which is a huge plus. Always plenty of parking. Multiple laundry/dryer rooms throughout the building which is also convenient. Super happy here and would recommend to anyone!

My problem was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner, which really impressed me as it usually takes landlords and/or management a long time to get things fixed.

They place was very clean and well taken care of. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with all my questions in a courteous manner.

The building is beautiful. And im hoping someday soon to reside there.

After touring many of the apartments with similar price points in the capital district I eventually decided on Draper Lofts. I am more than happy that I ended up making this decision. The apartments in the school building are unique and airy, and the huge windows allow a lot of natural light into the rooms. The apartments are brand new which means that the fixtures and the appliances in the apartment a brand new as well. In addition to this, I have never dealt with property management that has been so caring and competent! It shows that Jan and the team at Draper Lofts take pride in what they do, and I believe that this above all is what is most important when looking to rent. The common areas are always spotless, and any issue or question I had while living there was happily answered. Whenever I had to deal with the leasing office or the maintenance guys, I always felt like they were on the ball and more than willing to help. I’d happily recommend this property to anyone looking to move into the Schenectady area, Draper Lofts is currently under some awesome management and the property offers a huge bang for your buck!

Moving to larger apartment. I would highly recommend based on positive experience.

Its very nice but a little farther away then id like.

Too expensive, not a very nice looking exterior. (lawn, ect.)

Overall the value is there for these apartments. I am comfortable in my apartment and in the building.

Seems like a good place to live and the potential for the upcoming projects sounded good as well.

There is still a problem with the front door to the building not closing. That is a huge safety concern for me. If we had a peep hole in our door that would help some.
