Property Ratings at Domain Northgate
Love living here! The staff is amazing and kind but the problem with noise in the apartment is a huge issue. The walls are extremely thin so I can hear my upstairs neighbors, the train every night, construction, as well as northgate music, cars, and people.
The management, specifically Jackie, was attentive and extremely accommodating and helpful. The great experience began with the 1st phone call to the property staff members, and not only did I receive great return phone calls and followup, but they did everything they promised. The pressing nature and timeline of our move required more assistance than normal and they were ready for the challenge. We had a flawless move. I recommend Domain Northgate as a great option when looking for student housing as the amenities and the proximity to the TAMU campus are ideal.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. The people who work here are extremely rude and very unhelpful. Don’t waste your time or money. Their rules and actions lack common sense. And it may look nicely furnished but there are FAR better options in college station. This place is not worth looking at. They also gave my Apartment up to someone else before my lease was even up! DO NOT LIVE HERE
Although the people at the front are nice, the property manager is just absolutely horrible. Lease problems, unhelpful, just treats people like crap. Find another complex.
Nice place, however my lease was written incorrectly with the wrong floor plan. I did not catch it until latter. When I called to let them know, I was told that they cannot make any changes to the contract once it has been signed, even though they have openings in the floor plan I requested. The manager told me tough luck I was stuck with the plan written in the Lease. I do not want to lease from a place that is willing to treat their customers this way. Very disappointed.
