Domain Apartments

La piscina no está abierta los domingos y los días de semana la cierran muy temprano eso hace que pocas personas puedan disfrutarla ya que trabajamos de lunes a sábado y por lo general estamos llegando a nuestros hogares a las 6:00pm

It's a very welcoming housing complex with spacious spaces. Personally, I think there are several social cultures with different ways of living, and the complex has adapted to this. However, this is an indicator of the desired level of added value. My personal opinion is that the apartments should be reengineered, since being older buildings, they require general maintenance to maintain the complex's image.

Es un lugar muy bueno para vivir tranquilo seguro y con buen vecindario además de esto todas las instalaciones están en buen estado y funcionando

Hoy por hoy todo va muy bien.. me gusta los servicios que ofrece Domain para la comodidad de sus residentes ,para que se sienta en casa.. espero compartir mucho más con usds.. ??

Lovely community and amazing staff! Really looking forward to use all the amenities and take some walks in the afternoon to know more about our new home.

Es buena opción para rentar un apartamento, es buen ambiente de manera general, tiene bastante caja nes para estacionamiento, las áreas de jardín son muy agradables

Todo muy bien las chicas de atención en la oficina muy atentas y solventan rápido los percances que uno pueda tener , es un complex muy tranquilo

Tengo mala experiencia sobre la recogida de basura no funciona con normalidad deberían enfocar más en ello. O bien organizarlo de nuevo con la empresa que lleva dicho servicio

Hay areas que están muy descuidado sobre todo el parque no es nada seguro para los niños está muy descuidado y feo,sin contar que la entrada no es nada segura entra cualquier persona

Muy buenas atenciones por parte de la administración de los apartamento principalmente de la señora Tania q es muy amable inclullebdo al personal de mantenimiento

Me gusta mucho su hubicacion y también su mantenimiento y el personal muy amable, también me gusta que tienen área para los niños y la tranquilidad.

So far everything it’s been just fine except that my neighbors from the button they make a lot of noise when they are not supposed to they make all that noise after 10:00 P.M.

Me prestaron un buen servicio y me guiaron de buena manera para que mi aplicación fuera efectiva. Excelente servicio al cliente las personas que trabajan hay son muy amables.

Love the set up. It’s spacious for a 1bd with a den. Love the fact that this complex has valet trash. It’s nice and cozy. I had a few hick ups from day one. I hate the oven, it’s censored so it cuts on and off while you’re cooking. Cabinets was off the henges. Pantry door was broke. A few other things but overall I’ll give it at 7/10

Unfortunately, I am not pleased with Domain apartments and will be terminating my lease immediately. When viewing the model unit I was very pleased to learn that the most updated units were in a fully renovated building which gave exclusivity. I moved in less than a month ago, and when moving in, I noticed my new apartment door did not close properly and none of the electrical outlets worked in my unit. I also noticed that my neighbors in the unit below me had excessive trash/debris on their balcony that goes against the safe and clean community standard that Domain claims to prides themselves in. Additionally, after being in the unit for 2 weeks and beginning to unpack, I observed 3 large roaches in my kitchen and bathroom. As someone who suffers from anxiety as well as bug allergens, I immediately informed the leasing office of all of my observations looking for a resolution. While the electrical sockets were fixed, the spraying of the unit for bugs was not a solution. Since they’ve began spraying, I am still constantly seeing roaches. I offered solutions to the leasing office like moving me to another unit in a different building; however, I was informed that “1 or 2 bugs isn’t that big of a deal” and essentially I’m being asked just to stay the course. This is unacceptable and I’d hope that Domain Apartments would demonstrate more compassion, and facilitate a solution in regards to my personal experience and challenge, and for the safety of their residents.

The apartment I’m in has a lot of roaches, the so called pest controlled sprays some stuff here and there but doesn’t take care of the problem. Also when it rains, slugs slime there way into the apartment. People throw trash every where, the trash people give bs citations and take forever to come and get the trash. Stay away

The worst apartment I have lived in. First day had an infestation of fruit flies & larvae/eggs in my fridge plus german roaches. They sent someone over to "handle" it. Came home to an exterminator business card on my counter. Still have issues with both flies & roaches no matter how many traps I set up. It's obvious they don't bug bomb apartments before move in. "Balcony" floods so no point in even going or having anything out there. Didn't even send me a notification that they are painting the exterior of all of buildings so I have no idea what/when to move things out of the way. Communication is slim here unless they can charge you. They charge you for pest fee & trash which I would have no issue with if it was actually worth it. Trash is 50/50 to be picked up & "pest control" guy knocks on your door during the day (work a normal 9-15 you'll never see him) & just puts "bait" liner along the ground in a few places. I could pay and do that myself. Oh, if you are a single individual, everyone pays $45/mo for water regardless if you use it or not. So essentially I'm helping paying for the family of 4 above me to use all of the water they desire since we all pay the same rate & it's unlikely I'm using that much. Amenities are a joke & you don't even have access to the package room/gym because the door is locked & the "fob" you get doesn't work (Asked about his to which they responded "it's for security reasons"). Gym has very little to offer. Gate is still broken with no intention whatsoever to fix it. Website is always having issues. Set up auto-pay & it didn't work so instead of informing me/emailing me that rent was late, they waited until they could leave a written notice on my front door saying to pay in 3 days or vacate the property on top of an additional $150 fee. I've never paid rent late in my entire life nor been sent something that impersonal without any heads up. When I was setting up my lease, I showed them on my phone that I could get a 12 mo for a specific price & they claimed the website must be "acting up" on my phone since their computers didn't show that & had to sign a 14 mo lease to get that price. But the website wouldn't be "messing up" if your auto-payment didn't work because they want that extra fine. If I'm able to break this lease before the 14 months are over, I will 100% pay to break it.

The amount of bugs in this place is ridiculous. You are charged monthly for pest control however they will only come at your request. I have had pest control come out several consecutive weeks however the bug issue seems to just be permanent at this place. There will be a maintenance issue about once a month involving something electric/water related. Walls are paper thin so if you do move in, be sure to be on the top floor. There is a valet trash service that runs Sunday-Thursday, Trash must be tied up, in the trash can for them to pick it up(if they show up). The worst issue i dealt with however was the AC. I put in numerous work orders to get it fixed and nothing was done. During the summer the AC has to be at full blast just to get to 78; leading my power bill to be well over $200. 100% do not recommend.

Rent here if you like the following: The cost is too high for what I experienced. Beware of roaches. Pest control tried but eventually what worked was fire ant killer. There are neighboring complexes that don't have these problems for the same price range. Laundry facilities do not exist and have not since 2019. The front gate remains open. There are stray animals that roam the complex. Trash pick-up is not efficient. Air filters are not changed routinely and problems are fixed for the moment, only to break down again. Maintenance staff rigs issues instead of truly fixing. Nice men but only provide temporary fixes for cheap machinery. No one bothered me when I was here, but I often heard gun shots at night. Seems good for working families. Complex hosts good community events such as providing coffee and doughnuts in the morning and Thanksgiving dinner. A soccer field was recently added so they are also in touch with their residents' interests.

I normally don't even write reviews but I had to write this one! its TERRIBLE!!!!! I've only been here since July and I hate it! When I signed my lease with Tuscana there were so many promises that were made. Gates were supposed to be fixed, new upgrades to the community, the apartments all of that. Within a month Ashford took over and the service has been terrible. They added administrative fees that took my rent up almost $100, I've complained that valet trash (THAT I'M PAYING FOR) has NEVER picked up my trash and nothing was done. THE ROACHES ARE TERRIBLE!!!! I've asked for pest control (THAT I'M PAYING FOR) to spray FOUR TIMES and no one came. The dryers were out of order for over two weeks! The walls and floors are extremely cheap and thin and you can every single thing from the people that are above you and below you. I even hear conversation through the vents! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE! This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt again. If I could give the property a half of a star I would! They're wasting all of this money trying to make the property LOOK good and meanwhile the actual quality of it sucks. Ashford should have never took over this dump unless they had plans to knock the whole complex down.

This place is the worst place on earth. Roaches everywhere. You pay a pest control fee every month and they don't spray unless you request and then they barely do. The water is shared with the whole building and is outrageous. They tow your vehicle without warning from the actual apartment, just a little sticker on the window from a random towing company if your tag expires or you get a flat tire. There is a trash fee charged even though you have to handle your own trash. Rent goes up by 10-20% every year. They charge a fee just to pay the rent online. They lose packages. The playground comes complete with condoms and trash and broken equipment. The gym is only accessible when someone is in the office, which is almost never. Late fee is $100 after three days, no exceptions. STAY AWAY!!!!! TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!! WORST APARTMENTS and APARTMENT COMPANY in ATLANTA!!!!

We moved to Tuscana in the beginning of June. We were lucky to get an apartment that looks out to the woods (occasional deer sightings). The office staff is amazing; very friendly and feel like family. We have had to call maintenance only twice, but each time they were here within 15 minutes! The grounds are pretty quiet and we see kids playing a lot. I also like the convenience of living close to 85 as well as many stores and restaurants. No complaints! We are very happy here and recommend it to anyone!

This property is beautiful, we moved in during April & were welcomed with a warm staff. There is an amazing pool on site, we have central heat/ air , new appliances & wooden floors in the main rooms, with carpeted bedrooms. Our bathroom is beautiful with a full bath & marble countertop. Our kitchen is set with a pantry, a bar counter & double-sink with food/trash processor. We have a huge living room space , and large windows which provide great natural lighting. Our bedroom features a door to the patio area , with an extra storage closet. Our room also has two walk in closets. We absolutely love it. On site there is a dog park, a playground and a tennis court. There is a gym and tv room in the main office open for residents. I consider Tuscana our little haven right outside of the big city.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches!!!! You pay for pest control in your monthly rent, they come and still we have them. Office staff is very nice but never answers the phone. Maintenance staff is also super friendly. They claim they are a gated community but gate has not worked since we moved in, with that, have had numerous solicitors. Would not recommend this place!

I love the apartment staff. Everyone is proactive they are all very helpful and the rates aren't too bad. The apartment isn't the largest but it is comfortable. Whenever I have any issues concerning pest or Ben just wear and tear around he apartment, the maintenance is there instantly. I would recommend the apartment to anyone. They are great!
