I absolutely love living at dogwood creek. I've been here a year and a half and it's always been extremely quiet (one of my favorite qualities). The staff continues to blow me away with how quickly and efficiently they handle things. It's a good feeling to know I'm being taken care of. I would highly recommend living here if you're searching for a safe and affordable apartment complex.

Moving to Collierville, we chose to rent right away. My son was matched at a great school because of Dogwoods placement in town. I couldn’t ask for a better place accommodating our apartment’s needs in a timely manner. Maintenance is great and he works really hard.

After experiencing a very sincere welcome and informative breakdown of the property and amenities it has to offer from Beth (property manager), my wife and i instantly new we wanted to live here. After 3 months of residency we have experienced no noise issues, no crime activity of any kind and polite neighbors that make this amazing find feeling that much more like a home. It has spacious apartments and several floor plans with pets allowed its hands down one of the best complexes my wife and i have ever had the pleasure of being able to experience. The apartments are great for their age. We have enjoyed living here. The community is safe and quite for the most part. We have had issues normal with an aging complex and the office staff and maintenance have been amazing getting them handled. Very professional, fast, and genuinely concerned with how things are going. I would recommend this complex, especially if you are looking for a well priced safe complex in Collierville. I think people complain about the price and age of the complex because it is more expensive then a similar complex in Memphis. This is Collierville, not Memphis. If you have school aged kids, you can’t beat the price to have your kids attend one of the best school districts in the state.

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now and the insides of the apartments are very nice. A bit different floor plans. The have gas fireplaces for ambience and new flooring. The walls are a soft beige to make the white woodwork pop and the rooms are spacious. The staff is courteous and prompt in taking care of issues. The grounds are beautiful and I never hear my neighbors so the buildings hold in the sounds! I highly recommend these apartments!

I sold my house to down grade in size. The one thing I got after choosing Dogwood Creek,was a great relationship with the staff.I have lived here for 7 years and it has been the best decision for living arrangements.You really get the feeling that they care about you as a tenant. I am not going to leave the maintenance staff out of this review. They are very prompt to your problems & request. More than likely you wont see them unless you are getting a air filter changed.For you pet lovers,they are pet friendly.I give this a apartment complex a 5 star rating for sure.

Nice complex in an area of great schools. Lots of amenities. Rental office staff are nice and helpful. Some units are updated but mine is not so there are several little things around the apt. that need some attention but overall it is good.
