But this isn’t just a pretty face – Greenville is a fast-growing, vibrant city noted for its strong job market, numerous universities, and absolutely gorgeous scenery. Just visit Falls Park on the Reedy, a 32-acre urban park that features several waterfalls, a curving pedestrian bridge, and a suspension bridge with amazing views of the river.
Shops, restaurants, and art galleries fill the beautiful downtown area. If you love to shop, have lunch at a sidewalk café, or enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant, look for your Greenville apartment near Main Street. Perched among Downtown Greenville’s historic shops, Noma Square provides a funky, modern contrast. This is a popular area for fun events, festivals, and community get-togethers.

Property Ratings at District West
I’ve lived here a little over 2 years and just renewed my lease again. It’s the perfect place for me and my Rocco! There are so many dogs here and it’s nice to let them all play together. Our home looks downtown and it’s so easy to just walk out and the sidewalk goes right into the riverwalk. There’s always food trucks and events to meet new people! I’m glad I chose district west!

I have loved living in District West the past 5 months, it is the perfect location to downtown and the swamp rabbit. Parking is easy, its quiet and you cannot beat valet trash! The staff is attentive and kind and very quick to solve issues (if there are any). Great place to live!

District west is located at the perfect location between downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. One can easily bike or run on the swamp rabbit or go downtown to one of the many activities there. Additionally, District West has a comprehensive gym including stationary bikes, a variety of weightlifting machines, and more. They also have a club room which is excellent to hang out in and play one of the many games (pool, shuffleboard, etc). For the cost, District West is well worth the money.

these apartments are not furnished. Detailed floor plan says they are, very disappointed. They just want you to come for a tour without answering any questions, maybe they think you won't notice there is no furniture.

I have been a resident of District West for 3 years. The building is top notch, the views are stunning (I live on the top floor facing the river and downtown), the amenities are first class. The building is very accessible from all parts of downtown, and parking is gated and secure. The staff is professional and friendly, maintenance crew and all are amazing ! Sincerely , Johnnie E.

I just resigned my lease for another year because I really love so much about this complex. I work remotely some days and I enjoy being able to do that in the coffee room or the clubroom or even by the pool or courtyard. Even though it's downtown, it's so quiet inside that you forget how close you are to everything. I have met so many friendly people who live here also.

District West has been great! Having friends that live downtown, I think this location is far better. It's super convenient to walk right out our front door and the sidewalk leads you right into the park and Main St. Everyone one that I've met is friendly and welcoming. Very pet friendly!
My time at District West has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff (both office and maintenance) are incredible and are always willing to help out wit any issues I have. The amenities and location are top notch. I will be more than happy to renew my lease come January!

I moved out of my last complex near the baseball field due to the loud noises I always heard and District West is so quiet and peaceful! I work from home so quiet space is so important to me. I never hear any of my neighbors, even on weekends. I can’t believe how close I am to the city and I rarely hear any sounds. It’s also nice to have so many amenity spaces for working from home. If you are someone that has had bad experiences with apartment noises, District West is sure to give you a completely different experience !!!

I've lived here for about a year and a half with my husband and we have enjoyed our time here. It's a convenient location and we love being able to walk across the street to all the restaurants, boutiques and fine art events on Main St. The amenities are amazing and recently renovated. I feel safe and know if I need any assistance as it pertains to maintenance, I can usually get things fixed within 24 hours. The neighbors on my floor are all very professional and nice. I would recommend.

I recently leased at another complex, sight unseen. When I arrived, I realized that I should have looked around before leasing. When I toured District West, I was impressed with the attentiveness and information they provided. I recently moved in after looking at what felt like everything Greenville had to offer. I fell in love with this place for it's location (both walking and driving), the apartment looking at the city and the office staff who made me feel right at home. I've met a lot of new people while getting coffee downstairs and in the gym.

I absolutely do not recommend living here. My roommate and I recently moved to district west, after living in other apartment complexes for years. Neither of us had any issues with our prior residences. Ever since we moved here, we have been accused of and been charged for noise and trash complaints even after we proved it wasn't us. When we've tried multiple times to work with the staff about these issues, but they are completely nonresponsive.

We love the community at District West! It's so close to downtown and the SRT. The gym here is the best around and I love the continual updates they're doing. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly.

I moved from FL not knowing much about the area. I had a few on my list to visit and decided to lease the same day I visited here. The office made me feel at home right away and now I'm about to renew my lease. I can walk anywhere downtown to restaurants or shops. The amenities spaces are great and I've met a lot of new people here. If it's on your list to visit - do it now!

We are relative newcomers to Greenville and District West since relocating from Los Angeles in September 2018. We are thrilled to be residents of District West for a variety of reasons starting with the efficiency and support that we receive from the management team at DW. Simply put Amanda, Jamie, Grace and Addison are great to work with. We also find the support staff very accommodating and enjoy working with Stephanie and Nate when issues arise. District West also offers great amenities which we use and enjoy daily. My wife is a homemaker and I am running a start-up insurance company as a virtual employee. Having access to the conference room for private meetings is great and I use the morning room wi-fi café on a regular basis. As workout enthusiasts we also enjoy the fitness center and yoga room which are well equipped and kept clean. Location is the final issue I would bring up to highly recommend DW… we are literally walking distance from downtown Greenville with its many restaurants, shops and entertainment.
