The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at District Station
District Station is the best community I have ever lived in. Excellent. Modern. New. Quiet. Perfect location. Spacious apartments. Outstanding maintenance team.
I have lived here since 2021 and so far, I can't find any reason to move out. Management is superb, location is perfect, activities/amenities are enjoyable. It caters to all ages and the community is very nice!
Overall this apartment complex is just okay. It is convenient to shops and grocery stores. Very family friendly, however I was hoping for more young people. The finishes in the apartments are nice. However, if your only option is to live on the 2nd floor (which is the 1st floor, but under the “main level”) then don’t do it. It sounded like I lived under elephants and I could constantly hear their dogs barking at all times of the day. Additionally, the person above me would “water their plants”, which resulted in water spilling down on my patio, regularly. I assume that’s due to the gaps in the flooring of their balcony. The flooring in my apartment was not leveled. The door wasn’t flush to the ground so everyone’s apartment smells go in the hallway and it’s not the best smells around dinner time. The walls have settled tremendously and leave cracks that are not pleasing to the eye. Additionally the barn door style for the closet (which is in the bathroom) never stays closed and the doors never remain cracked, as they always open back up on their own unless you shut it completely. The microwaves have been installed for persons that is 6 feet tall, as it requires me a step stool to even try to clean it out. The dishwasher worked properly at first, but then it started rusting my dishes as it would no longer dry my dishes properly, though selecting the heated dry option. Additionally, the fridge constantly makes noises throughout the day and the air system is so loud I have to be on mute for my meetings at work. Not to mention the temperature is impossible to regulate and I never understood why I would have my AC on but it’s either freezing or warm no in between. Also, the washer and dryer are included in a wash room so that’s nice, however when both are working it made my apartment extremely damp from all the moisture that accumulated in the apartment. So if you stay here only do your laundry with the windows open unless you want to be in a sauna. Oh and how could I forget, there’s always some issue with the elevators, especially the main one is frequently out of order. Finally, in this day and age of remote working, these apartments are not conducive if you need to work from home as they are not properly equipped.

Management does not respect your privacy. The pool just now opened up but available to your guess . The clubhouse and and fitness center are not available for use there are tv outside but not able to use. You pay for Amenities that you can’t use. Only good thing about the place is it’s convenience to the shopping centers
Property Manager at District Station, Responded To This Review
Good Afternoon: Thank you for taking time to review our community. The COVID-19 pandemic certainly provided many challenges for all apartment communities across this country, as due to federal, state and local health restrictions many amenities were required to close down to help combat the virus. At District Station, we certainly recognize that our amenities are big part of what makes our community great, so we've worked very diligently with health authorities to ensure that we are following their guidelines correctly for the health and safety of our residents, which is at the top of our priorities. As restrictions have been slowly lifted, we have taken every precaution to re-open our amenities, including the pool and fitness center, responsibly and safely, and thank all of our residents for their patience and understanding. We look forward to when all of our amenities can be open without restriction and enjoyed by our residents. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 919-388-7055 or email districtstation@zaremba.net. Thank you for being a resident with us! - Your District Station Team
There is always something going on. Consistently fire alarms going off either at 4AM or all hours of the day with no updates as to why. Pool area was just opened and now the grills/firepits are shut down and "out of order" with no updates. The area is nice and the apartments are better in comparison to the ones next door but there is also a train that is very loud and heard even on the far side of the building. Management is just OK.
