Quick eats like Chick-fil-A and upscale restaurants such as the Cheesecake Factory are located in the mall as well.

Property Ratings at District Midtown
I applied here. The process was very bad. It was not applicant friendly, and it was not comparable to similar luxury units in the upstate area. In fact, it was much more horrible and expensive. I do not recommend applying here with the current property management company.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting and I must say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. A big part of that was thanks to Kelsey, the leasing agent who assisted me throughout the process. From the moment I walked in, Kelsey was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to show me around the property, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with every step.
I have had some challenges while living at this apartment complex, though the apartments themselves are decent: - I had to repair the bathroom hangers myself because they were poorly installed. I've also noticed black streaks of cement coming from the joints between the shower tiles, indicating that the cement between the seams is not properly sealed. - While they promise coffee and kombucha during tours, the coffee machines are often broken or empty, and I haven’t seen kombucha in my six months here. - One of the three gym treadmills has been out of order for a while. - I’ve also experienced some issues with maintenance access. For example, they entered my apartment multiple times recently to address a flooring issue, which left me with drying machines for the whole weekend without a prior repair plan. That said, I appreciate that the property manager has reached out to address my concerns. She is actively working to improve my experience and has scheduled repairs for both the treadmill and the issue with my shower tiles. I’m also excited to hear that they have a new Kombucha supplier, and I finally get a chance to taste it!
Finding an apartment that feels like a home away from home can make a huge difference in your comfort and happiness. Look for places that offer cozy, well-furnished interiors, a welcoming atmosphere, and amenities that suit your lifestyle. Features like a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and perhaps a balcony or patio can make it feel more like home.
District Midtown is in a great location with a lot of great amenities. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

They're super professional, kind, personable, and timely. I'm truly spoiled here. The pool is amazing, everyone uses the free coffee, and the clubhouse is great to study in. Maintenance and pest control is super prompt too. Additionally, it's very clean and beautifully in a prime location by the Haywood Mall. I feel very secure and look forward to future residency here at District Midtown!

The managers and amenities make this cozy community an awesome place to live. Love everything about this place and feeling at home here is the best. From the awesome pool to the monthly community events this is home!! Love it

The staff are great! Fuji loves going by the leasing office to get his daily treats and pets. I love the view of the pool and the lights. Excited for it to be completely done and have places to shop.
