Riley, Jessica, and Brittany have all been extremely welcoming and helpful. This is the most peaceful, clean, and friendly apartment I’ve ever lived at. The 800 sq ft one bedroom provides more than enough space for myself and my cat. The resort style pool is very luxurious and family friendly. I highly recommend the District at Berkshire!

My boyfriend and I toured this community and immediately loved it. The complex is beautiful and brand new! Brittany was so awesome. She gave us a great detailed tour and made the applying process stress free. She answered all the questions we had! The apartment units are updated. They include a beautiful kitchen and appliances, lovely living room, big bathroom, nice size bedroom and walk in closet. One of our favorite parts is the spacious outdoor balcony!! My boyfriend and I don't move in til the end of May but we are so excited to call this place our new home soon!
