The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at District 757
I’ve lived here for two months, and it’s easily the worst decision I’ve made when it comes to housing. The rent is outrageously high for what you get — thin walls, constant noise, rude and inconsiderate neighbors, and management that does absolutely nothing to help. Parking is a nightmare. The spots are so small that even compact cars can’t fit without getting scratched or dinged — both of my vehicles have visible damage. Courtyards reek of dog urine because residents don’t use the designated dog areas, and no one enforces it. Noise is constant, day and night. Don’t expect peace, quiet, or any chance of working from home. I’ve had more productive days in arcades than here. Even after multiple complaints, nothing changes. Bottom line: This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and full of inconsiderate residents. Save yourself the headache and live literally anywhere else.

Living at Livano Norfolk is great! The staff is super nice and always checks to make sure we're happy in our apartment. The coffee shop is a cool place to hang out with my family and neighbors. We also love the heated pool it's always clean and a nice spot to let the kids burn off some energy. The best part, though, is how much they love pets. Our dog gets so excited to see the staff, and they treat him like he's part of their family. It really makes this place feel like home.

I’ve been calling the apartments for weeks now , I actually spoke to the maintenance man which was accidental because the manager told him not to answer the phone. He told me that he would make sure she called me back after a meeting which also never happened. This apartment complex was top of my list but leaves me to question if it’s worth it because I can’t even get a hold of anyone to ask questions. I’ve looked for corporates number which i’ve had no luck finding.

I initially contacted this establishment three times; however, I did not receive a response back from Sarah. I had an appointment scheduled for a viewing, but unfortunately, when I arrived, she was unavailable at that time. Instead, the maintenance staff kindly took the initiative to show me around the property. He was exceedingly courteous, and it was a pleasure to interact with him. However, I noticed that he left a message for Sarah with my contact information on my behalf, which raises some concerns. If there is a lack of responsiveness from Sarah at this stage, I am left to wonder how communication might be once one becomes a resident.
