A happy place to stay peacefully.My experience at Discovery Park Apartments has been really good overall. The community is peaceful, and the location is super convenient — close to campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. The maintenance team responds quickly, and the management is friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities like the gym and study lounges make it a great place for students and young professionals. I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others.
The management, employees, and maintenance staff are all great and very helpful and kind. My current issue is the tenants below me who seem to think they own the complex. I have done everything I can to keep my volume low. I literally have the TV on the second-to-lowest setting. Yet it seems that if they hear anything or if I casually walk, they decide to bang on the ceiling. I'm not sure if this is more of an issue with the building not meeting soundproof codes or if the person below me is insane. I have never once stomped or banged back, and I have put in a complaint to the front office, yet nothing has changed. I pay too much money to be uncomfortable in my own apartment. It's possible that the banging isn't directed at me at all, but it seems like it is. However, there are times when I am just sitting down and it's basically quiet, and I still hear banging. I doubt I will renew my lease next year if this continues. I will eventually start to stomp back if nothing changes.
Quite. One break in and one vehicle stolen. Nice pool. Too much automation. Would prefer to talk to an individual. Needs security cameras and more patrolling.

Discovery Park Apartments are wonderful . The leasing process was smooth and hassle-free .Amenities like the pool, gym, and basketball court are really cool and make the community lively. The apartments themselves are superb!!! They are spacious, modern, and comfortable.

My neighbors have had multiple trash bags out, even on days when trash is not collected. The area outside the dumpster seems to always be overflowing with trash and furniture. And the parking availability is terrible. Besides that, I really enjoy living here.

I’ve been living at Discovery Park Apartments in Denton for a while now, and overall, my experience has been pretty good. The location is convenient, especially for UNT students, since it’s close to the Discovery Park campus and there’s a shuttle that makes commuting easier. The apartments are decent in size and come with the basic amenities you’d expect. I appreciate the quiet environment—it’s usually peaceful and not overly crowded. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, though occasionally there can be a bit of a delay during busier times. One thing to note is that the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors occasionally, but it hasn’t been a major issue for me. Also, parking can be limited sometimes depending on the time of day. Overall, it’s a solid choice for students or anyone looking for a quiet, budget-friendly place near campus. Just be sure to inspect everything carefully before moving in, as with any apartment.

We pay for Amentities but there have been no coffee cups for 2 days now. Things like this are annoying, I'm sorry but they are. The property is nice and the staff are great, but I feel like there should always be backup cups on standby, considering it's one of the main amenities. 2 days is a little ridiculous.

Living here has been a really good experience. The place is clean, quiet, and safe. The staff is friendly and always quick to help with anything I need. I love how close everything is—stores, gas stations, and restaurants are all nearby. The laundry area is clean, and parking is easy. It really feels like home here. I’ve had no major issues and feel comfortable every day. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and reliable apartment to live in.

I really wish I could give it a better rating. I have called this place home for the last 2 years but I can’t continue living in a place like this. It’s been almost a year since we got new management and I feel like this property has just gone downhill ever since then. They keep increasing the pricing on everything little thing but then nothing seems to have improved. They told us they were going to be pressure washing the hallways. I don’t think that has gotten done cause the hallways are still disgusting! The elevator in our building has been out of order for months. They just got it up and running again a couple days ago just for it to now be out of order again. The communication has drastically changed and honestly is lacking. It just feels like this place is falling apart but yet the prices just keep increasing. This place has a lot of potential but I would not consider this to be luxury (as advertised) anymore. It’s actually quite sad what this place has become in the last year.

Moving in was a bliss. The apartment was clean and appealing! Nothing was broken or dirty. The outside area is also clean and trash is never really out in the halls.

Overall, my experience here has been good. There was some issues I had with the new management the first couple months after that change happened, but it has definitely gotten better. I love how we are so close to everything but still a good distance from all the crazy traffic. Apartments are nice. I have yet to need to request maintenance for my apartment and I have lived here almost 2 years. They don’t really do that many community events like they used to in the past. Overall, it’s a good place to live at any stage of your life!

The elevator is constantly down. It happens so much that I no longer feel comfortable using it. The Staff are all great and very friendly, but my main complaint is the constant issues with the elevator. Also, the previous management would occasionally have snacks out near the coffee bar every other morning. I'm not sure if this happens anymore.

Overall I'm mostly satisfied living here at Discovery Park. Communication could be a lot better and I try to stay away from the office staff unless I absolutely have to. Close to a beautiful park. My upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise, but i lived in another apartment and it was quiet. Maintenence is GREAT!

A new out of state management company has taken over and is running this place into the ground. Our amenities and services have been slashed as rent and fees have been increased. Pest control is ineffective and my apartment is infested with ants again. My first request for service went unnoticed until I filed a complaint. After the complaint I had to wait another week for service. The ants have returned again and now I’m told to either pay 85 dollars or wait an additional week and just live with my 100,000,000 new roommates. The front window of the office was smashed months ago and boarded up. First the pool, then the basketball cour closed. This is not luxury apartment living. It’s a scam. Stay far away from this place!

Discovery Park has been a nice quaint property. The front office is always willing to assist with whatever is needed, the one maintenance request we had was resolved very fast, and our neighbors are great! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Office isn't the most responsive at times, but overall great! Lots of ammenities & the office IS super nice & cares for the residents. Office hours aren't always accurate, and you aren't always going to find them in the office when stated.

I have lived here since May 2023. The first year was great! Management was phenomenal. Recently we just got new property management in May 2024. Now, there are all these little charges that are piling on top of our rent. One of those charges being a $35/month fee to use their provided washer and dryer. I had renewed my lease in June and that was not a charge listed on my lease. Found out last month that I had been charged for that which again was NOT on my lease for the past couple months. When I went to talk to management about it our manager was VERY rude and could care less that they were charging me for something the last couple months that was NOT in my lease and blamed it on the fact that my lease was sent to me from a previous employee. Simply put it, if I knew what was coming with this change of ownership and new management, I would’ve never renewed my lease. I am very much looking forward to next July when I can move. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

The community and location is great. The staff is all new and so far really great and helpful. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is super amazing. We can put in a maintenance request and have never had to wait longer than a day to have someone come, and fix our issue. My only complaint is that you have to be careful of your orders from online because unless you get a parcel locker for it, some times they are left in the open on the mailroom floor, and are at risk of being stolen. I wish you were always guaranteed a locker considering you are charge $10 a month for them. I’ve had a packaged stolen because there wasn’t a locker available and there was nothing that could be done. I couldn’t file a report or anything to prove to the retailer that I never received my order, causing me to be out $270 for items I never received. If I’m not always going to be able to have my orders delivered and placed in a locker every time then it shouldn’t be something I’m required to pay for.

I love it here it's near to my college so I can just walk to my class and never get late. It has a very good balance between a luxury apartment and affordable one. I love the amenities I would really appreciate if the apartment can host more get together so that the neighbors and everyone can interact with each other and know each other more.

It has gone downhill since the new management took over. They canceled our individual wifi and switched over to a community wifi, which is far slower and makes things difficult for those of us who work from home. The complex is generally far less clean than it was before. They seem to be doing “improvements” that nobody asked for (such as replacing the caulk in the parking lot and lowering the latches on the dog park gates) while neglecting important issues like pest control.
