Absolutely do not rent here. Very overpriced. Full of crime (domestic violence and people shooting up drugs the hallways). Management is completely non responsive.

Hello, our rents are determined by the going market value in the area. Crime matters are to be handled by the police. If we have documentation that a crime has occurred, we can issue lease violations and start the eviction process. Hello, we are under new management as of this month and we have since instituted new, better practices for the maintenance team. Due to Covid, we are only doing emergency work orders. We suspect this might be the reason for your comment about maintenance. The unwanted activity outside our building was brought to our attention this summer. We have since hired a security firm and have them patrolling the area. This has cut down on the unwanted activity immensely. Professional leasing agents, fast maintenance response, convenient location -Schools, Grocery, Dining.. I have no complaints would def recommend especially for college student, bachelor, or small family.
