Started off great but as time has gone by that has changed ! Its an okay place, great amenities but the communication with the new office staff is horrible. You can never get in contact with anyone unless you go into the office and the maintenance staff never completes the orders that get put in . That there alone has completely changed my mind about living here

We have been here since July 2024 we had some really great neighbors the only things that had me give a 3 star review is that people fly through the parking lot, some people have surround sounds and it's awful because we can't hear our TV now we have to go buy one and the pigeons are awful the poop everywhere

Very good place to live very nice people and amenities Jsut very hard to find parking very cheap also the workers are nice but I do feel like my service is slow here

When you have neighbors that are very noisy with motorcycles and vehicles all night long and you call security and they don't do anything but sit down with them and have a cigarette it's a problem. When you report it so many times and you suffer from chronic illness and that's all you want to do is get a good night's sleep and you can't it's a problem. Other than that you like it here and you do your part to respect your neighbors.

i have no complaint about living here, i enjoy the fact that it is gated and has a 2 car garage so my vehicles doesn't get stolen or get broke into by someone as well the is a carwash here as well I've never seen that at any other apartments I've been at other than that its pretty good.

parking situation is stressful…be aware the gates are always broken or open so there’s random people coming in and out…rent is high… maintenance is almost always unavailable but I gotta say the new management is much better than the last.

Diamond Mesa Trail apartments are very nice my grandchildren and kiddos enjoy the pool in the summer. This is a very nice place to live. But I have to say the only problem is neighbors that don't respect the community. Like making loud noise with their motorcycles it doesn't matter what time of the night it's annoying....

Maintenance was great!! The day after I moved in my air conditioner was not working properly, I called and they told me they will let maintenance know within 5 minutes of calling they came and fixed my air conditioner. Good experience!!

Overall great little community and the townhomes are nice and the garage is a huge plus. Refrigerator AC IS THE BEST. Wish the pools were heated but having two pools is nice!

All amenities are working well, making the complex a really good place to live in. Staff in the lease office are very friendly and accommodating. It is sad that other residents are not following imposed rules as to driving fast inside the complex, picking up after their dogs, and littering, but I can see the office trying to encourage everyone to follow these rules to make living in the complex more comfortable and enjoyable.

as a resident, I can say that the staff make sure that everything is done properly needed. whenever I needed something done after business hours maintenance was always there to help me out and make sure I was satisfied. I do love that the pool is open until 10 PM. I think that’s the most unique thing about living here. It does suck that some of our residents are dumb and want to make our privilege and get lost but for now I will enjoy it. honestly, it’s already been six months year and I think that I would re-sign my lease easily.

Great place to live. The kids love the pool and playgrounds. We feel safe and secure here. I love the 24 hr gym and it's nice and quiet. Best place I've lived so far.

We have had issues with this apartment since day one of moving in. I was very excited to move and regretted it the first week of being here. There are many issues that were not fixed or resolved before we moved in. They even asked us to put moving in on hold for one more day so they could have more time to prepare and "fix" up the apartment before we moved in and they took no pride in their work. The entire apartment smelled soaked in paint and was overwhelming. Seemed like they ignored major issues and just painted over them. The fruit flies have been an issue since day one and trying to get in contact with the office through phone (call, message, or email) is very difficult. You would have to go in person to speak to anyone. The staff are friendly but getting issues resolved at diamond mesa seems almost impossible. Would not recommend unless you 100% need to.

Great community and great place, a couple of acts of vandalism that I believe was handled does not change my opinion about this community, overall a great place

Es muy cómodo vivir aquí, los vecinos son muy amables, la vibra del lugar es muy tranquila, tiene alberca que para mí es increíble por que disfruto mucho estar en el agua y también tiene Gym para ejercitar un poco el cuerpo

The people are pretty friendly, it’s a clean environment, and a lot of children for my kiddo to play with. I did have a problem with one of the staff members at the pool because she yelled and disrespected my daughter and thought she was a adult!

I came in for a tour and loved the community. Felecity was amazing she showed us a lot of homes and explained pricing and rent so well!! She was very honest and in glad i got to work with her she kept us updated with out application and apartment!
