My boyfriend and I have been living in our townhome for a while now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The place is well-kept and feels like home. We really enjoy the community amenities—there’s a nice pool, a gym with solid equipment, and even a game room which is a fun bonus when it’s open. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, and maintenance has been responsive when we’ve needed anything. The only downside—and the reason I’m not giving 5 stars—is that some residents don’t clean up after their dogs, which can be frustrating and unpleasant when walking around the complex. Aside from that, it’s been a great place to live and we’re happy here!

Diamond Mesa is my first ever apartment and I wouldn't have it any other way. Everything is just 5-10 minute drive away the staff rock when it comes to helping.the community is nice and clean if everything goes right I'll be staying here for a couple years more.

Started off great but as time has gone by that has changed ! Its an okay place, great amenities but the communication with the new office staff is horrible. You can never get in contact with anyone unless you go into the office and the maintenance staff never completes the orders that get put in . That there alone has completely changed my mind about living here

We have been here since July 2024 we had some really great neighbors the only things that had me give a 3 star review is that people fly through the parking lot, some people have surround sounds and it's awful because we can't hear our TV now we have to go buy one and the pigeons are awful the poop everywhere

When you have neighbors that are very noisy with motorcycles and vehicles all night long and you call security and they don't do anything but sit down with them and have a cigarette it's a problem. When you report it so many times and you suffer from chronic illness and that's all you want to do is get a good night's sleep and you can't it's a problem. Other than that you like it here and you do your part to respect your neighbors.

Super nice leasing staff. Definitely recommend renting at these apartments. Apartment has full washer and dryer, one or 2 car garage, pool , and gym.

i have no complaint about living here, i enjoy the fact that it is gated and has a 2 car garage so my vehicles doesn't get stolen or get broke into by someone as well the is a carwash here as well I've never seen that at any other apartments I've been at other than that its pretty good.

parking situation is stressful…be aware the gates are always broken or open so there’s random people coming in and out…rent is high… maintenance is almost always unavailable but I gotta say the new management is much better than the last.

The townhomes are super pretty !! Nice environment and it’s really quiet, we recently just moved in and love it ! The ladies up front are very helpful and made things super easy.

Super quiet around here. Not like most apartment complexes where you have a a lot of noise . The amenities are well taken care of!!! The garages are definitely a plus ! Never have to search for parking.

Diamond Mesa Trail apartments are very nice my grandchildren and kiddos enjoy the pool in the summer. This is a very nice place to live. But I have to say the only problem is neighbors that don't respect the community. Like making loud noise with their motorcycles it doesn't matter what time of the night it's annoying....

Wish they had more to the park for the kids and we have been dealing with a very bad fruit fly/ nat issue but other than that it has been decent.
