Rent Price All around very happy with Deveraux Glen however it makes no sense to increase rent for renters who have been diligent and stayed with the complex for multiple years especially in this economy and then posting the same layout of apartments for way less to new renters.

Recently pricing did take a dip downward, but has been increasing daily. After reviewing your current rate compared to our unrented homes, we do see your current rate is slightly higher than the homes available. But this seasonality trend is moving in the upward direction. We value you as a resident and your rental rate is inline with market rents and we hope to have all new leases inline with your current rate by year end. Mostly good but major issue We use our apartment infrequently, but it has been very comfortable when we do use it. It seems the management team is trying to keep the property clean and well maintained. We have had a major problem with the Conservice water bill being unreasonably high for the amount we are there - some months we are not there at all and still get charged a significant amount. We have been working with the management team there for the past 2 - 3 months without getting the required resolution, e.g. a refund.
They really care about us Both and office staff and the maintenance staff work hard to keep this place clean, running efficiently and safe. I love living here.

10950 SW Celeste Ln 301 A quick turnaround with the leasing office had 2 maintenance young men arrive to address the washer and dryer problems we were experiencing. I simply explained the problem and they went to work. Quick and efficiently they corrected both problems. Sorry, I don’t remember their names- We are very happy to have the washer and dryer issues resolved by 2 Great and knowledgeable young men!

Broken blinds The staff was prompt and replaced my blinds quickly. They communicated well to let me know blinds were on order and it would be a few days bf they received them. They returned in a couple days and got the new blinds installed in less then half an hour. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Good place to call home My wife and I have lived here for over a decade now, and we've always been comfortable here. Good amenities, great location if you commute. The management has changed a few times over the years but the newest company has done a good job. The maintenance teams are great and responsive.

Great tour and great apartments I was thoroughly impressed with these apartments and the amenities there. Although the price to size ratio wasn’t worth the monthly cost to me.

The members of the Maintenance Staff here at Deveraux Glen clearly take pride in looking after this property. Just recently, they power washed the breezeway in my building — final cleanup after a fire in one of the units. The next day, I was getting things from my garage and just happened to ask the guys who were getting supplies from their storage if they had a lightbulb so I could replace one in my ceiling fan/light fixture. They said they’d take care of it for me. They immediately went to my apartment and replaced the lightbulb for me. They also were quick to assist me when I needed items or things done this past summer. Thanks guys! I’m happy to be a resident here at Deveraux Glen.
Large sized apartments with great closet and storage space. Parking sucks but can park in nearby neighborhood. Maintenance takes care of issue really quickly inside apartments... but takes months to fix community amenities (I assume they hire out for this). They have 3 hots tubs but only 1 was ever opened in my 18 months or so living there. Lower price than similar apartments nearby. Generally safe community, with friendly neighbors and lots of dogs!
We have liked it very much, going on our fifth year here.
Nice community and accessible to different business and highways.
We really like living here and could do so for a couple more years. They let us paint and hang stuff up which is amazing. It's getting a little more expensive for us, so I'm not sure if we'll be here as long as we like.
For the most part, it’s a clean and safe place to live and the location and access to public transportation is impeccable.

Amazing community! A ton of space in the apartments, great benefits, awesome amenities, and astounding staff members! No place I’d rather live.
Deveraux Glen is a great place to live. Comfortable apartments with large rooms & closets, good amenities including a large pool & walking trail. There are celebrations and even Taco Tuesdays with a rotating list of food trucks! Close to everything but still a quiet complex. Residents are a nice mix of ages. Couldn't be happier. Well, except if I won the lottery...
Deveraux Glen is a lovely, quiet and super clean community. Neighbors are friendly and the floor plans are huge. My apt is very quiet and the move in process was easy. I love Deveraux Glen so much me and my family feel safe and when my husband is deployed I’m not as nervous as I was in other complexes I enjoy the roving security at night and I love that we recycle

Parking is a nightmare but Greystar won't do anything about it because that would mean they would have to stop charging $60 per month per reserved spot to let every unit have at least one designated spot even though with rent prices increasing and expenses to run the complex staying relatively the same, it could very easily be done without a major loss of revenue. But the fact that I just used the words loss and revenue in the same sentence means it will never be any different. We've also been asking to have the dryer fixed since our first month here. It's still not fixed.

Hi there, We apologize that you are unhappy with parking at Deveraux Glen. Unfortunately, we just do not have enough carports to offer a free spot for each of our 506 apartments. We sincerely apologize again and would love to help if there's anything we can do for you.
It’s nice compared to apartments closer to Portland. Rent is a little steep but there are nice amenities. It’s also relatively close to a rite aid so if you have to pick up prescriptions you could just walk up the road rather than drive.
