Good place to call home My wife and I have lived here for over a decade now, and we've always been comfortable here. Good amenities, great location if you commute. The management has changed a few times over the years but the newest company has done a good job. The maintenance teams are great and responsive.
Fast Service The Maintenance Staff responds quickly to all requests. They always make sure things are in good working order.

Saved my water Maintenance was flexible with meeting times and requests. Took care of the issue quickly and was very respectful.
Amazing service The gentleman that had helped me with my water heater was very polite and professional. He was intelligent and knew exactly what to do right away. He had my hot water heater fixed in no time. . I am very satisfied with the maintenance crew.
Thermostat Our thermostat was not functioning properly and maintenance came within a few hours and fixed it.
It was excellent. The maintenance people are very did such a good job. I appreciate the job performance. Thank you very much.
Great job They were on time. The staff was incredibly friendly. Units were in our budget just unfortunately not many available on the first floor.
Maintenance staff at Deveraux Glenn can't be beaten! The maintenance people here are speedy, efficient, clean, knowledgeable, friendly and all around wonderful. I don't have to wait or worry. They're terrific! And they're so polite, too. My friends who are home owners envy me when I tell them about how they help make living here so pleasant and carefree.

The members of the Maintenance Staff here at Deveraux Glen clearly take pride in looking after this property. Just recently, they power washed the breezeway in my building — final cleanup after a fire in one of the units. The next day, I was getting things from my garage and just happened to ask the guys who were getting supplies from their storage if they had a lightbulb so I could replace one in my ceiling fan/light fixture. They said they’d take care of it for me. They immediately went to my apartment and replaced the lightbulb for me. They also were quick to assist me when I needed items or things done this past summer. Thanks guys! I’m happy to be a resident here at Deveraux Glen.
Large sized apartments with great closet and storage space. Parking sucks but can park in nearby neighborhood. Maintenance takes care of issue really quickly inside apartments... but takes months to fix community amenities (I assume they hire out for this). They have 3 hots tubs but only 1 was ever opened in my 18 months or so living there. Lower price than similar apartments nearby. Generally safe community, with friendly neighbors and lots of dogs!
We have liked it very much, going on our fifth year here.
Nice community and accessible to different business and highways.
We really like living here and could do so for a couple more years. They let us paint and hang stuff up which is amazing. It's getting a little more expensive for us, so I'm not sure if we'll be here as long as we like.
For the most part, it’s a clean and safe place to live and the location and access to public transportation is impeccable.

Amazing community! A ton of space in the apartments, great benefits, awesome amenities, and astounding staff members! No place I’d rather live.
Deveraux Glen is a great place to live. Comfortable apartments with large rooms & closets, good amenities including a large pool & walking trail. There are celebrations and even Taco Tuesdays with a rotating list of food trucks! Close to everything but still a quiet complex. Residents are a nice mix of ages. Couldn't be happier. Well, except if I won the lottery...
Deveraux Glen is a lovely, quiet and super clean community. Neighbors are friendly and the floor plans are huge. My apt is very quiet and the move in process was easy. The leasing staff were great to work with. Kelsey was great to work with. Very professional but easty going and not pushy. I am so pleased to be living here!

Parking is a nightmare but Greystar won't do anything about it because that would mean they would have to stop charging $60 per month per reserved spot to let every unit have at least one designated spot even though with rent prices increasing and expenses to run the complex staying relatively the same, it could very easily be done without a major loss of revenue. But the fact that I just used the words loss and revenue in the same sentence means it will never be any different. We've also been asking to have the dryer fixed since our first month here. It's still not fixed.

It’s nice compared to apartments closer to Portland. Rent is a little steep but there are nice amenities. It’s also relatively close to a rite aid so if you have to pick up prescriptions you could just walk up the road rather than drive.

Devereux Glen has been an amazing place to live!!! The amenities are incredible, the leasing office employees are so kind and energetic and the maintenance team are phenomenal! We haven't had maintenance issues come up very often but when we have they have always been timely, effective and so respectful. It really feels like we hit the jackpot living here because the facilities are nice, the location is excellent, and most importantly the people who work here care so much about the residents!!

My husband and I moved into Deveraux Glen about a week ago and so far, except for one noise issue that we and the management are trying to track down, we have been absolutely delighted with our apartment, the complex and the close vicinity of trails and wetlands. We have a one bedroom apartment that is spacious and airy with plenty of storage and a lovely kitchen. We have found this complex to be exceptionally quiet. When we moved in here there was even two "welcome packages" waiting for us with a few essentials for the kitchen and bathroom We love it!

Deveraux Glen is a great community to live in. My experience has been peaceful and stress-free with easy access to nature trails and all the shopping that I need. So happy we found Deveraux Glen. Relocating to Portland from NJ was an overwhelming adventure. Our decision to rent before making a purchase as well as delays due to Covid made the whole process even more stressful. The minute we drove onto the Deveraux Glen property we felt it was right for us. A view of green trees and not the next apartment building was very important to us. Our apartment has a lovely view of the wooded creek area which is so relaxing. Weekly food trucks, charity opportunities, attractive and well maintained community spaces. It has everything we wanted.

Deveraux Glen is a welcoming community. The management staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. It was an easy experience from lease to move in. There are beautiful walking trails, community events (like food truck Tuesday), and maintained amenities. I am someone with lots of electronics and there are plenty of outlets to keep you powered.

So far I really enjoy living at deveraux glen. The layouts are very spacious especially for the price. I love the location. The area is very quiet and clean. I love being close to the highway since I do drive and travel a lot. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location, quiet community, professional staff Cons: Parking is a major problem, and is self-inflicted by artificially reducing the parking spots by installing too much covered paid parking that is never close to fully occupied. This makes it difficult to have friends over or find a parking spot if you leave your apartment past 6PM.

I love loving at Deveraux Glen! The complex is in a great location - MAX and bus stops nearby, lots of trees and great walking areas through the neighborhoods, near a small nature preserve, its great! The community and apartments are clean, its not crazy loud, and I dont hear my neighbors through walls which has been a huge plus over other places Ive lived. Staff are very responsive and super helpful, including maintenance and security. Pool area is also a favorite relaxation spot during non-pandemic times :)

I'm a very experienced renter and Deveraux Glen is by far the best apartment community I've ever lived in. This place is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The neighbors are all very respectful, the grounds are very well kept, and the location is great. My apartment feels more like a house given the high ceilings and that the bedrooms don't share walls with any other unit. And the kitchen is the best I've ever hand in any apartmentspacious, open, with lots of storage and nice appliances.
