very speedy response with maintenance requests, very nice looking apartment units lived there for 2 years (two lease terms) with maintenance requests normally 1-3 days. when AC went out it was next day awesome office people very friendly and great perks for paying your rent early (early bird special) the grounds are kept up just great place to live

I have lived in the 1Br Trilogy for 2 years, and love it. the layout and renovations are great, the grounds are kept up very well, the management seems to truly care about the property, and the maintenance staff is top tier.

The management is amazing, I believe Virginia the woman who helped me move in has worked here at this apartment for 10+ years! She is great with communication and helps you in anyway once moved in. I really loved how fast the maintenance showed up for smallest or big things that needed fixing right away. Also very kind. The grounds always look kept up l, which was great for my lil pup to run around. With doggy bags around the complex for your convenience. I always recommend people to live here. In fact got a friend from out of state to move in ??.. you will not regret living here. Awesome community with great neighbors.

I love living here. It's clean, well maintained, and very quiet.. well with the exception of my loud children (lol). The office and maintenance staff is always very nice and very helpful.

I highly recommend this complex! The office staff is super friendly and I have had zero issues. The place is kept clean and very taken care of! I absolutely love it here and the neighbors are kind and quiet. Theres two pools and a gym! The apartments are very spacious and the balconys are gorgeous.

Great place to live. The indoor gym is nice, the kid playground is a fun place for children, security guard at night is always around. Maintenance will always help out when requested. 5 stars

I have lived in AZ for 24 years and I have lived at desert lake apt for 4 years and it is the best place like family because everybody work in quality,respect, and harmony. The maintenance is quick and efficient. The office staff is always friendly, and respond quickly to any issues that we have. The grounds are clean and the neighbors are great and no one bothers anyone. I would and have recommended people to live here.

Desert lakes is an awesome place to stay, so quiet, green and clean at all times, easy access to main roads such as 27th ave and northern n I-17 is a big plus. I just love it. Proud to call it my home.

Desert Lakes is a wonderful apartment community. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool and gym are always clean and inviting and the business center is awesome and I use it frequently. The office staff is very knowledgeable and always welcoming. So happy to call this community my home.

Honestly, a hidden gem. The inside of the apartments themselves are so nice with all new amenities!!

Great Community, Awesome Management, Beautiful Apartments!

I lived here for almost two in half years. I always felt safe here with my kids. The grass is always cut. I have never seen dog poop. The matainence they always respond to request in a timely manner. Most of my neighbors lived here for years. Security is nice and the gates are locked at night. I love that the kids outside can openly play together without getting crazy.

Hello i am new to the community and I’d like to start by saying Desert Lakes Apartments are very nice and affordable apartments. Has a very homily feel. From the first day I moved in it just instantly felt like this is where I’m supposed to be!

Moved here about a year ago and I just love it! Quiet, peaceful and clean. Lush green grass with waterfalls. I love my apartment feels so cozy and comfortable.

My sister and I have lived here for about 4 months and we love it here! Staff and maintenance are so nice and helpful, and the complex overall is great. The community is very quite in general and the buildings are built well so that you can't hear your neighbors through the walls like most apartments. The grounds are kept very clean and the property is free of pests. We have no complaints! TML

I have lived here for about 5 years and it’s been great! We started in a 1 bedroom and moved to a two bedroom about 2 years ago. I appreciate the timliness of the staff and maintenance crew! The grounds are always beautiful!

I chose Desert Lakes because it was reasonably priced and the inside of the apartments were nice. I was willing to overlook things like the area being surrounded by homeless people, drug atticks and prostitues constantly walking around and begging for money. The sprinkler system shoots water all over walkways and they become muddy/slippery and get your pants wet to the point you have to take them off to dry. There are some questionable residents who are loud and allow their kids to run around screaming going up and down other residents stairways. There is no parking, people leave their cars parked in open spots all day for months even if they are broke down with flat tires and they have their own assigned parking spot. I can never have company because most don’t park in their assigned parking spot and a big dumpster for remodel trash takes up some of our parking for the last year, I have been living here for 3 years. They are renovating to raise the rent but the people renovating leave trash and things laying around that could cause harm wherever they’re working and no one cares to clean it I once saw a broken fridge under a stairway for 2 weeks. Water has to be shut off every other day for repairs. My car insurance went up because of frequent car break ins and I have seen a few busted windows. Yesterday I saw the police by the trash with a gun in each hand while another was inside of the dumpster looking for something. I can’t make this stuff up! Why worry about renovations to raise the rent when there are other things that need to be worked on?

The apartments are clean and the gated community is beautiful. We have had no issues living here. The staff has been extremely helpful and nice the whole time we have lived here. Highly recommended.

I have been living here over a year. One thing I can say is that maintenance requests are handled faster than at any apartment complex I have ever been in. I recently moved my sons here, got them their own apartment. The bright point in this whole crazy experience was Virginia from the office. She made life so much easier!

No one ever answers the phone during business hours no matter how many times you call!!! Office staff just sitting there doing nothing useless rude staff.

Great place to call home. The apartments are very well maintained, and if there ever is a problem the management takes care of it ASAP. Would recommend these apartment's to anyone.

I love that this Apartment Complex has scenic fountains and well cared for grass all over. It makes the area seem like a resort. It is always relaxing to walk home. The office staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The apartment is clean and quiet. I will always recommend this place for its great value that won't break the bank!

I absolutely love this location! I have lived here for a little over a year and have never had any problems. The property is well-kept and welcoming. Maintenance requests are generally taken care of within 24 hours. There are even different events that offer free food and/or crafts and offer opportunities for you to get to know your neighbors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The apartments fitness center is open 24hrs and community is very peaceful

I really enjoy the location of the apartments. I have lived here for about 8 years but originally stayed in a 1 bedroom for a couple of years. I now live in one of the remodeled 2 bedrooms and love it. The property grounds are always well maintained and any maintenance repairs are completed in no time from when the reported. It’s a quiet apartment complex and a friendly community. I like how they added the fitness center and it is open 24 hours.

i can honestly say that i have found my home, i love living here my apt is so big and all tile with a WASHER AND DRYER TOO. you will love living here just like i am

I love Desert Lakes Apartments. The apartments are very spacious and I love the split floor plans and 2 full bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms. The grounds are kept clean daily. The pools are nice and there is also a fitness center that makes it easy to go work out after work.
