Property Ratings at Desert Club
The neighbors at Desert Club are very generous. They share their cigar smoke, their cigarette smoke, their marijuana smoke, and their Dog poop. This Makes it very difficult to enjoy your domain when it’s being infiltrated with different types of smoke, which is known to be toxic, especially secondhand smoke. Also, DC Needs to Quit using glyphosate on their grass because it’s dangerous and even when it dries particles of it blow around and our dogs walk on it. It’s basically just weed killer.

Everything about this place is awful. The interior is disgusting and smells bad. The neighbors and management are awful- rude- ignorant. I pray I can go back in time and never sign this lease. Do yourself a favor and go look elsewhere

Absolutely the worst most disgusting apartment complex I’ve ever seen. Worst mistake of my life was signing a lease here. My life has been nothing short of miserable since I moved in and I would do anything to break my lease
The Office staff and Maintenance staff are awesome. They always provide excellent service. I've noticed over the years that patio rules are not enforced thus making our community less attractive.
Desert Club is a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly, perfect location, reliable staff and maintenance, and great amenities. We love that it’s close to nearby restaurants and stores.

The apartment location is close to my work. I also like the location to my gym. People are nice and the staff is great. Maintenance get completed using in the same day you call.

Desert Club has everything you would need! It’s clean and maintenance is amazing! The only downside is some of the newer residents that don’t clean up after their dogs or create a ton of late night noise. Highly recommend living here!!

Great staff, great amenities, great living. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the cost. The maintenance service especially is very good, very on top of things. Could do a better job of keeping the complex clean, but overall I love living here!

Everything has been amazing since the day I moved in. No complaints. The apartments have been remodeled beautifully. They had me at slow close cabinets. So spacious and lots of storage. Moved in back in April and it’s been amazing. I also love that the pool is salt water!

I have been enjoying my stay here, my only complaint is the severe noise of one tenant who has a very loud truck that comes in and out all day and night, and it is very disturbing and loud. Apparently, there is nothing that can be done about this, but where I live is fairly peaceful and enjoyable until this truck disturbs any serenity.

Desert Club has been a wonderful place to live! The grounds are great and the amenities are next level. The staff is always responsive when issues arise and the gym is our second home. The pool, hot tub, and grills around the property are perfect social spots!

Ive lived here since 2017, recently moved from 2nd floor.to a newly renovated 1st floor apt and I am absolutely in love with my new apartment! You can't beat Desert Club for the location, amenities, quietness, and great office & maintenance staff! Come take a look, you won't regret it!!

Rent and amenities (Fetch, electric, water, etc too expensive) No loyalty towards existing really great tenants. Which causes a really High turnover of tenants.
I have been living at Desert Club for almost 2 years and I have nothing but positive experiences. I love the resort-like feel of the complex and think the price is a steal for the location, amenities, and space. I love that many second floor units are not carpeted - this was a major selling point for me. And the office is very communicative and responsive. Thankfully, I have rarely needed maintenance but requests are handled promptly and the maintenance team is fantastic!

The location of desert club is good. The clubhouse has been under construction a lot. The pool is nice and seems like a safe area. Enjoyed our time here so far.

Honestly this place is almost perfect. The location is great; the community is always clean; neighbors are friendly; love the layout of my apartment; maintenance guys are top notch and quick to respond and fix things; front desk staff is also pretty friendly. They’re also keeping the place up to date with renovations and adding charging stations, which is nice. I gave it 4 stars for a few reasons; one being the cost of rent. Compared to when I first moved here, rent has jumped quite a bit. Also I wish there were elevators. It’s annoying having to carry water up the stairs. And the package service they make you pay for, fetch, is unfair and not worth it. The price has basically doubled and I don’t even use it. I’d just rather not have another party handling my packages. Also, I wish it was all wooden flooring; carpets are harder to maintain and clean. Oh and the AC is so loud. I’ve gotten used to it but hopefully they can update it in the future. Other than that, it’s great here.

Been living at Desert Club for several years. Most of the residents are very friendly. Location is close to resturants and shopping. They needed better insulation between floors. You can really hear people walking above you.

Overall, we have had a great experience at Desert Club! Every one is very friendly and the maintenance service especially is very on top of things. The pool, lounge, and gym are amazing as well. The only thing is that it would be nice to have more social events, like food trucks.

Love living in Desert Club! So glad the gym is open and renovated. Such nice facilities! The grounds are always well kept and clean. Staff is nice and we’ve convinced other friends to move here!

Generally a great place to live. Good amenities, and many have sheen refreshed. Some of their rules are arbitrary and “management discretion” which I find frustrating at times. However, the staff is kind and friendly. It’s also in a great location

Great and friendly management. Beautiful complex with plenty of parking! One of the first things you see when pulling in is the pool area which is well kept with plenty of space for everyone. What a beautiful apartment complex to come across in a last minute rush to find a home. Also thank you for the easy move in process!

Everyone I've encountered on staff is amazing! I love my apartment so much! I feel like I'm at a resort on vacay! Pleasant vibes and the neighbors are quiet and to themselves. Amenities are TOP-TIER and the pool area is a dream! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE would give it 10 stars if I could

Desert Club Complex is has safe area, good neighbors, and quiet. Also, organized response when you submit a claim maintenance. I highly recommend this complex for new future tenants.

The complex is in a good area, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. They recently renovated some of the amenities such as the office and gym. One downside is it is no longer family oriented. The pool is a party scene every weekend with people playing beer pong, loud music, etc.

I’ve lived here since September of 2022. I really love my apartment and also the centrality of its location to stores and public transit! Kambria is the best! My dog loves Desert Club as well.
