Property Ratings at Denway Circle Apartments
This place has to be the worst apartment complex in Kalamazoo. Actually Princeton Properties apartments are the worst. They are poorly maintained. Nearly nothing is renovated. They gave out free rent for new leases and told current residents they’d get nothing. Had so many issues and they told us they wouldn’t help us. Honestly don’t waste your money.
