This unit is 830 sq. ft., plenty of space for you to enjoy. Dennis Park offers a friendly environment that you will love calling your home. We are cat friendly. Garages are available. Located about 17 miles south of Des Moines, Indianola is a charming suburb with a small-town atmosphere in Warren County. Indianola is best known for hosting the annual National Balloon Classic, a nine-day summer event filled with an array of vibrant hot air balloons.
