Lovely building! Quiet, well maintained, really love it here!
We have lived here for 2 years when the building first opened. It was a very nice and pleasant place to live. The staff was wonderful and very considerate. However, now the looks are just surface level. If you enjoy constant garbage in the parking areas, waste and dog pee/poop in the elevators and entrances, weed smell’s coming through your vents, security issues (car vandalism, storage locker break in, broken glass/doors) then this is the place for you! Further, the parking door hasn’t worked for 6 months while tenants are still paying for “secure” parking. I have witness over 10 vehicle vandalisms since living here. I hate to say it, but I am really disappointed with this place and the trajectory that management (not building management, corporate level) has allowed this place to continue in. I am sure if those in charge lived, here they would feel the same. Hope this review is helpful to those considering living here. So much for living in downtown Portland.
Don't, just don't. It looks nice on the surface, but the maintenance and security issues make it unbearable. Garbage is constantly piled in the garage (they didn't plan accurately for the amount of garbage produced by this many units). Security features are broken (glass doors, main doors, glass around fire pit on rooftop). Rarely fix items when they break or wait months and months to do it. Good things are the proximity to bars, restaurants and downtown. Love the open floorplan in my unit. Lobby is kept clean. Low deposits and fees.
This place has been broken into so many times. Management is so incompetent. I have had my belongings stolen twice and the only thing management has done is remove the security cameras from the “secure” storage lockers. The doors to the building are constantly broken and left open for days. Instead of fixing the doors, management just locks them so even the tenants can’t use them. Don’t live on the east side of the building. Trash gets collected at 3 am multiple times a week and it is unbearably loud. You have to pay a $14 monthly fee to receive packages. They have an Amazon locker but it hasn’t worked in the 1.5 years that I’ve lived here. Be wary of 5 star reviews on o their sites. There are a lot of reviews from the staff which skew the ratings and are very misleading.

Both staff members live onsite and have for over a year, but I have asked them to remove the reviews to eliminate any skepticism. We decided at opening to go with a different delivery service and have Fetch deliver your packages right to your door to avoid oversize or crowded packages being left out in the open. I hope that you did have some pleasant experiences while living here. Please feel free to reach out with any additional concerns or ways of improvement.
