Property Ratings at Delrado Apartments
I am more than pleased with my experience at the Delrado Apartments. The Delrado team have exceeded my expectations for customer service without fail. Any maintenance issues I encountered have been resolved without issue and to my satisfaction. The grounds are pleasing to the eye and well maintained. Snow removal was prompt. There is not an issue with litter or trash. The pool is well maintained. I love to hear the laughter coming from the pool area on a summer's evening. The apartment heats and cools excellently. I have been pleasantly surprised by the cost of my utility bills. They have been well within what I expected. There are laundry facilities on sight and I have not had issues with them. The washers and dryers work well. I would select the Delrado Apartments again, without hesitation.

I love this apartment complex.The first thing that grabbed my eye was how well maintained the property is. Then once you meet the office staff you know this is where you want to call home.I havent had any issues at all and I've been here over a year. My family comes to visit and most say when their lease is up, they will apply for a apartment here.I really love the location and the quietness to this place. This was one of the best moves I have made in deciding where to stay. Mrs Ruby and Jamaia are both so professional and polite...and always willing to make sure your day is drama free and as pleasant as they can make it. I would recommend this place to everyone.
