We lived at Del Medio Manor for 6 years in a 1 bedroom apartment and have nothing but positive things to say. The building was very well maintained and always kept very clean. The managers are fantastic - easy to work with and prompt to resolve any concerns we had. Finally, it's a nice community - our neighbours were kind and very quiet, and surprisingly (given the location is near the train tracks) we never noticed the trains. We only left because we moved out of the bay area. Would 100% recommend.
