Property Ratings at Del Medio Garden Apartments
My husband and I had a nice time living here - we stayed for 3.5 years and overall it was great. It's a pretty calm and quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to lots of grocery stores and other stores. Good parking availability as well. Was bikeable to Stanford campus as well and also an easy drive.
I’ve lived here for almost two years and in those two years I’ve never had to make a single noise or smoking complaint. The management of this complex was reasonable and fair, I never had trouble getting into contact with them and they were always accommodating. Water pressures and temperatures were consistent and adequately hot. The units themselves while old have been remodeled enough that it’s not a concern. The communal laundry situation is good, the machines are clean and prices not unreasonable, I never had a problem finding unused machines. The neighbors were (mostly) conscientious about removing their laundry in a timely manner and cleaning the lint filters. The building is walking distance to several stores, restaurants and movie theaters. I made extensive use of the covered parking that came with my unit because I was able to walk for just about everything I’d need in a week
I've now lived here for 4 months. Firstly, the rent price is unbeatable in the area. I was able to afford a 2 bedroom place for the price of 1 bedrooms and even less than some studios nearby. Second, the building is inhabited by quiet respectful people. I live on the bottom floor, so do hear some footsteps from the folks above, but it's not too bad. Third, the management is excellent. I had an emergency on NYE and Eric the property manager quickly responded and within 1 hour the maintenance guy, Juan, was fixing the issue. While Del Medio Gardens may not be as beautiful as other apartment complexes nearby, I couldn't be happier with my place.
Lived here for about more than 10 years. My experience has been really good. The landlord is very professional. The complex is quiet and also clean, and I had no major problems during my stay. Maintenance is good and timely. They have also installed new smart laundry machines and you can make payments from an app - so no need to carry quarters! Its super convenient. In conclusion, my experience has been very pleasant.
Apartments are big size with large balcony which we often relax at. Quiet community and neighborhood . Best environment to work and concentrate. Friendly people and management. Cant forget numerous great parties at community hall. Walkable distance to Walmart, gym and most importantly, the park. It has very good school district Loved the experience overall.
