Property Ratings at Deerfield Place
Beautiful place to live, quiet, amenities are amazing, maintenance super easy to get, place always well taken care of especially now in winter time, road plowing is a plus! Grateful for this very nice community and neighborhood.
I have lived here since 2018, and there is not enough stars to rate this community appropriately. The Property Manager Erica, is professional, responsive, proactive, capable, and very caring....which are simply just few adjectives I'd use to describe her. She goes above and beyond for her residents and it shows. Madison, who also works in the office is always pleasant and does a great job hosting the community events. Maintenance also responds very quickly to maintenance requests and are all lovely gentleman. We are all very fortunate to have them looking after our community. What they bring to the table, aside from their knowledge and skills is genuine care for the residents here and community upkeep, which you simply won't find anywhere else. If you're looking for somewhere to live, you won't regret choosing Deerfield Place.
Living at Deerfield Place has been a very enjoyable experience. I have felt comfortable and safe. My apartment was cozy and I always felt at home here. The staff was attentive and helpful.
I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years. It has been a very positive experience. Staff are friendly and an minor issues I have had have been taken care of quickly and professionally. I appreciate having the fitness center and the various social activities.
Deerfield place is an amazing place to stay. The apartments are well maintained and work orders are handled efficiently. The management offers great amenities at the clubhouse and organizes enjoyable events. Overall I am very satisfied with the facilities provided at Deerfield Place.

The office staff Erica and Madison are very nice and helpful. The maintenance crew are very efficient and friendly too. Deerfield place is located near all the stores, banks and thruway . Here at Deerfield they allow dogs of all sizes , cats. It has a great dog park for the animals to play.
We have lived here for almost a year and have nothing but good things to say. Maintenance is quick and the office is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Great place to live and well maintained with nice neighbors!
I've been at Deerfield for a year and a half , and can't say enough about the place in words honestly. The managers are extremely attentive, personable and always happy to help . They make sure every need is met and completed in a very timely manner. Maintenance is also very nice, professional and efficient. Hands down the best apartment community I have ever lived in. This is our third year at Deerfield. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The management and maintenance team have always been courteous and attentive to our needs. Our neighbors are great and we feel safe overall as we’ve never had an issue. The modern, spacious apartments sold us initially. Well kept lawns, constantly plowed roads in the winter, pool, gym and doggie park have made it a joy to stay!

This complex is AMAZING!!! From the office staff to the maintenance, and ground crew .. they are here for all of us everyday. They go over and above to provide us with a superior living environment. My family and I were lucky to come upon this gem of a neighborhood. We relocated from the Poconos for work, and we were trying to find a location that was pet friendly and close to the job. So I came upon the listings and I left a message. I spoke to Cullen who was very helpful, understanding, and very quick to return calls back and we were able to get into a wonderful apartment with his help. Everyone who works here are welcoming and friendly. The pool is fantastic, the 24hr access to the gym is great, the patio with the fire pits make a great evening to unwind from a busy day and the grills are a great asset to have. There are also monthly events that caters to everyone and an awesome way to mingle with neighbors. And I forgot to mention, there is also a fenced in dog park for your dogs to play freely and the best amenity, the garage with a private entrance.
It's such a quiet, and friendly community. I have already made great friends who make me feel very welcome here!
It's a beautiful development with a staff who truly cares and will help you with anything you need! The amenities they offer as well are just the icing on the cake! Having the pool, poolside patio with fire pits/grilling area, the dog park, the clubhouse and fitness center is simply heaven. Not to mention I don't have to mow my lawn, or shovel any snow every again, and I don't even have to brush my car off because of the attached garages they have! After being a home owner for 25 years, coming here was the best decision I have ever made!

It’s a beautiful community! I especially enjoy the Clubhouse, with it’s top notch fitness center, outdoor pool and grilling area- its hard not to love!
This is a great place to live! It's like living in a resort. Once you drive in, you don't even feel like you are in Utica anymore.
