Deercross is a comfortable place to live! When I ever have an issue or concern, the office staff and maintenance are on top of it! I also enjoy the fact that codes are required to enter the buildings and most packages are delivered in an amazon locker. I will say I appreciate seeing the crew out working every morning as well! You can tell that management is great! I enjoy living in Deercross apartments!

I've lived at Deercross for over 5 years. It started of great but as time goes on, maintenance and management gets worse. It's ending on a sour note as being a nightmare to live here.

Inside the apartments theyre not bad and things have changed that are good. Maintenance requests are rough this as proof that my ticket was marked as complete and thats completely false as the issue remains.

Ive stayed in Deercross since 2016 and I have enjoyed it. The location is great and it is very pet friendly. I have had a few issues however whenever I contact the office they make sure that maintenance responds in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

Deercross is a wonderful community. Everyone is friendly including the office and Mainteance staff, they have added a dog park and play ground which is great for those of us that have younger children and pets. I would highly recommend checking them out

They have bad customer relation They will hang up phone on you when you call to complain about the issue you are facing in the apartment. They don't fix the issues on time if at all they want to fix it.

I moved out last year in june 2018 today is march 8 2019 still haven't received my deposit 9mos later till this day still waiting and every time i call the office the have some excuse can not get a straight answer and when i call and ask for the manager she in a meeting im not going say names but im sure you know who you are my ? Is can i get my deposit back this year worse apartment i have ever dealt with poor poor customer service i ever experienced so sad sorry for the people who is dealing with the same issues i been going through till this day still no deposit back .
So when I decided I was moving out, I explained to them that I would have to turn in my keys early due to military service for 10 days which lasted to the end of my lease. They expressed that there wouldn’t be a problem with ending my lease early as long as they had the orders. I finally got the orders to them and they switched around that they would not refund me the difference between the end of the lease and my orders starting. It took them five days to “review” the orders I sent them on Monday. I sent them it on Monday and they replied they would contact me with an update after a review, I emailed them on Tuesday, Thursday, and called twice Saturday to finally get an answer from them and they decided not to because I wasn’t being deployed. If they weren’t going to do it, they should have told me right off instead of dragging it out over a week and changing their minds from initially saying after a full explanation of my situation. As of 20190122, I just found out about my security deposit being returned. Again, they did not follow through with their timeline of it taking a week to get my refund total back to me. I called originally on the 12th of January and they stated it would be no later than a week that being 20190119. My refund was 19¢ off, I called and they stated my prorated rent for January was 19¢ off. Finally, I would not live here ever again.
This staff is horrible with communication. Well the new staff. Maintainence is terrible when you can get it. Actually had a maintainence guy tell me what to put my thermostat on as if he was paying the bill. Mind you I never asked his opinion. All because the hvac system in my apartment was shotty. The walls are paper thin and have to hear annoying neighbors when trying to sleep. Mailbox is constantly left open and mail addressed to me was literally opened and stuck in my door. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Not to mention was accused of not paying my rent when I did and had the receipts to prove it. Sheeesh and don’t get me started on the spiders I’ve had to kill....please think twice when considering this place.

Stay away from Deercross people!!! Firstly, it took me almost 8 months before composing my first review because I was somewhat expecting improvement in the maintenance aspect of the apartment and I will update as time goes by; only if the apartment maintenance services improves. Secondly, I have been living in Deer Cross for the past 8 months and I must admit that this apartment Maintenance service sucks; I have turned in multiple maintenance service request ticket since my first day of move in and these tickets are still pending up to date. I was told last week that one of my ticket from 8 months ago was finally resolved via email but when I get home, the issue remains the same(They were supposed to replace my living room window net but never did). Moreover, the apartment just changes their management and I can only hope that this maintenance issue would be resolved under this new management. I personally won't recommend the basic units... I have at least 5 other residents going thru the same issue pertaining to poor maintenance services. Conclusion, the maintenance in this apartment sucks and must of the apartment are equipped with old appliances; I don't really recommend Deer Cross.

I have lived here for over 3 years and I wish I hadn't been a sucker for the cheap prices. I constantly fill out the same maintenance work orders that either get ignored or a superficial patch that lasts a couple weeks. Every spring/summer I have to repeatedly fill out maintenance requests to fix the A/C, and the apartment gets up to 85 degrees at least three times a month between May and October because of the shoddy work. The price tag is appealing, but you get what you pay for.
I been living here since 2010 and I love my apartment with the den very spacious!!!! The maintence crew is great you just email or call and your needs will be taking care of fast!!! The office staff is always smiling when come in that's a first impression!!!!!! They have great communication with there tenants and also caring!!!!
