The team was helpful, but especially Emily—she went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to assist made all the difference. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about its residents, I highly recommend them.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Corey the maintenance staff went above and beyond his duties. Apartment’s were well kept with washer dryer units in each. Very safe and convenient location to shops. Enjoyed living here and will miss everyone. Thanks to all. Great job done

I’ve lived at Deer Valley Villas for three years, and it’s been a great experience. These apartments are in a perfect spot for shopping—you could walk to the Hyvee next door! The people in the office were always friendly and quick to respond. Overall, I loved living here and would have stayed much longer if I could!

I had stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and then a duplex. Both were in great shape. They are situated in a great location with easy access to a lot of things. The management was always super helpful and easy to work with.

Deer Valley Apartments is the best place to stay in Moline/Silvis it is calm, clean and well maintained community. Clean, cozy and beautiful houses. Jeff is the best person I have met. The staff have been so kind to us and worked quickly to get us into our apartment. It is a very well-maintained property and I believe that every unit at this community includes a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend it, especially compared to other buildings in the area at this price point.

Been 5 states in 5 years and 6 is around the corner. I would stay another year here if work permitted.without a doubt.Great location, walking distance to just about any type store you want,within a mile or less.Apartments are very clean and updated or newer. The apartments for the whole part are very quit as of sound,thick walls,nice doors and windows and blinds.. With that being said I chose a first floor and you are going to hear the people above you and having a larger person you aren't going to avoid that. It is located in a newer section of town,which is clean,safe with a police station,hospital around the block.Apartment has a nice washer and dryers included,water/sewer, cable and decent internet all included at a great price. The electric is the only extra unless you want a garage but a little pricey and they have carports at a decent price.As far as the review about the cleaning , I normally get my full refund as I clean top to bottom, replacing stove drip pans,pull out appliances,hands and knees ect.The only place that kept some of my money was a sister company to this one in Howard WI,Canterbury Creek Apartments.So 3 gave me 100% and 1 said 1 1/2 hours cleaning X 2 ,or something.I don't remember how much but ya whatever.But I think this place was a great pick and super deal with a sweet location.

No matter how clean you hand over the apartment, they will charge for cleaning. They will nitpick and even if there is one dirt particle they will charge excessive amounts.

Thank you for your review. We offer pre-move out walk-throughs to help residents understand the move out process and fees so they can return the apartment to us in the condition they received it in order to help with the return of the security deposit.
The space for one person is great. However the ceiling are high and it makes changing light bulbs, changing fire alarm batteries and cleaning the ceiling fan a challenge. The staff should do those things when you move and you should not be charged. You pay a deposit which should cover cleaning but it doesn’t. They nickel and dime, nitpick and so you end up owing far more than your deposit. Nothings broken or filthy, it’s their way of increasing revenue. Also had a severe spider issue while there and the dryer noise was excessive even after a “repair”

I lived for a year and and a half in one one-bedroom unit at the Deer Valley Apartments. My experience was as close as perfect as it could have been. First, the apartments are fairly new, so appliances, lights, etc all worked well. When there would be a problem, service personnel would promptly fix it. Moreover, I am very grateful that they are very professional in any interaction. I am particularly grateful with Jeff, who made everything possible for me to have a good experience from the time I joined, through my stay, and then later when I left the apartment, yet they agreed to extend the rental of the garage a bit longer to keep my belongings. Overall is a great place to be, with kind neighbors, and close to most of the amenities that you may need. Note, I move around using my bicycle, and I found this place well located for my lifestyle. I would go back if I returned to the QC.

Lived here for 2.5 years and loved it!! Huge walk in closets, sound proof, and very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The office staff is very friendly and responds in a timely manner. Plus it’s located near hyvee and lots of restaurants. If I wasn’t buying a house I would have loved to stay here much longer, definitely going to miss it.

Leasing office staff are friendly, accommodating, and reasonable. Property is well maintained. Units have excellent insulation and are very sound proof. Pricing is reasonable and the ability to switch to a month to month lease after a year is nice perk. Internet (~80mbps), cable, and water are all included. Peaceful community.
