THE MANAGER HATES PEOPLE AND WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE A NUMBER AND NOT A PERSON. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DOES NOT LISTEN TO ANY COMPLAINTS BY THE RESIDENTS. I WOULD NOT PUT MY DOG IN THIS COMPLEX

Here the buildings, pool and grounds are efficiently and diligently maintained while residents' repair requests are met with timely reliable service by a friendly conscientious managerial staff. At Deer Springs, residents are offered a home-like atmosphere of relaxed comfort and security- a feeling of safety and protection provided by the presence of the friendly vigilant Humble Police Dept.
