The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Deer Park
The location is secluded and quiet, which makes this a great community. Spacious units and great management team.
Property Manager at Deer Park, Responded To This Review
Hi, thank you so much for the positive review! We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest, and are pleased to hear that you are enjoying your experience here at Deer Park!
They talk a good game but seldin is just money hungry. The pool they brag on is not even at this location, and it’s never open anyway. It’s a drive to another location and different apt complex if you want to use it. Parking is a nightmare. There’s hardly enough spots given the amount of Apts. The overflow lot has known break ins but nothing is done about it. Save your time and find another complex less greedy and better at maintaining the units. You’re lucky if yours is even prepped for move in and not still dirty from last tenants.
Property Manager at Deer Park, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to rate and review Deer Park. We are disappointed to hear your concerns and hope we can assist. The on-site leasing manager and their corporate supervisors confirmed that all apartment homes are cleaned prior to new move-ins. We apologize if your home was not satisfactory upon move-in, and welcome you to contact us if this is the case. We strive to offer prices similar to our competitors and fitting for the day-to-day changes in our industry while still keeping our residents in mind. We do not advertise sharing a pool with our nearest sister property, Jasper Place, and we would be happy to speak with you regarding where this information was obtained, so we can make the necessary changes to avoid any false advertisement in the future. Our team is sorry to hear about the parking concerns, and confirms ample parking is available at the community, though there may not always be spaces available directly in front of each resident's home, depending on how other residents decide to park. We welcome you to contact our team at reviews@selidn.com if you would like to speak with us or have further questions. Thank you again for reviewing our community. -Molly, Seldin Company
