Property Ratings at Deer Chase
Each apartment has only one parking, and at the end of the week you will not receive a place for your car. Their treatment is very bad and they have no warning. At the end of each week, you will find a place for the garbage because it will be full full, and you will pay $30 if you leave the garbage page in front of its place. The people in the office they never smile and treat you like they want to get rid of you.
Trash piled up once a week blocking mail boxes. Not enough parking.
management is terrible and unprofessional it is low income but not worth it!
This is most affordable based on income in Noblesville but the office staff is horrible. They lie and do not take responsibility for their actions when they do so. Then you call corporate and they do not return your calls. Make sure to keep every receipt bc months and months later they will randomly say that you owe an extra amount from years before. These apartments are spacious but have a mold problem. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Complained about ongoing noise multiple times and nothing was ever done. Every time management changes at the property office the place gets worse and worse.
Apartment is spacious and well designed. The grounds are green and very serene. The ponds offer a picturesque view of noblesville at its best. I really enjoy the staff and my neighbors are a quaint kind of folk. I cant imagine living anywhere else.
The are awesome people to rent from in, so well kept. There is never a time a need something done, It Is always taken care of in a timely fashion. They make you feel like family.
We are six months into our lease, and we haven't had a problem yet. Maintenance is really helpful and do a sweep with you for any and all repairs that need done on move in day. The carpet was replaced right before we moved in. The walls are painted and textured a beautiful beige. Appliances have been updated. It doesn't feel like an income restricted apartment. We have friends who pay way more than us for apartments, and they aren't nearly as nice. Cons... Conversations in the stairwell will always be heard from inside the apartment. Parking can be hard to come by late at night, but there are always spaces by the offices. The park needs some repairs, but there is a huge open courtyard that is great for walking and playing.
Deer Chase apartments Decent apartment for the price but horrible management and loud neighbors. Horrible communicators and takes forever for them to call you back. They had my car towed even tho I showed proof that' my plates were not expired and still had to pay the fee.
Went to tour community with my daughter. The staff were very professional and accommodating. All our questions were answered and we were treated with respect and compassion since my daughter is going through a divorce and was having a hard time looking for an apartment for her and her 4 children. Amenities seem ample. Can't comment on maintenance since she doesn't live there. Value seems great. Location is centrally located, close to where she needs to be. Can't comment on neighborhood once again since she doesn't live there. Noise was quiet during the time we were there, about 12 on a weekday.
There pet policy is horrible and un called for. don't move here unless you want your dog to be homeless.
I haven't moved in yet but I have a sister-in-law that stays here and her apartment is very nice. She has a two bedroom and 2 bathroom. I really like that her washer and dryer are in the apartment.
