Deep River Pointe Apartments

Recently had my HVAC system changed out. Maintenance worked hard, smart, and diligently for hours. Jay was the lead technician and he worked tirelessly to get the job done. He came back to button up a few things as promised. He cleaned up behind himself and was a complete professional through the process.

My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of April. So far, everything has been amazing! Kelly and Angel in the office are so nice and thoughtful. I love that they don't have any breed restrictions for pets, as we have an English Pitbull Terrier that is so sweet but most places wouldn't accept him since he's mixed with a Pitbull. I'm very excited to live in this community. I feel welcomed and very safe.

I live here! I am very satisfied and happy to call this place home. This community is quiet and extremely beautiful. Grounds are well kept everyday! Caring, Friendly office staff and accommodating to our needs, quick to attend to any problems that arise. Located amongst grocery stores, restaurants and great school districts if you have children. Deep River Pointe offered amenities that most communities did not.

This property is quite and clean they have a brand new gym here they have a river that you can fish in a tennis court and a pool they also have restaurants and gas stations,shopping centers nearby everything is convenient they have one and two bedrooms available the staff in the office is so nice and welcoming and it smells good when you walk in there too I can't wait to move in next week

The office staff is courteous and helpful. The maintenance team is responsive. The grounds are well maintained. It’s quiet; the neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. The pond nearby is a delight. It’s convenient to shopping and to both High Point, Greensboro, and Winston Salem. I enjoy it here quite a lot and can recommend it highly.

I want to start by saying management was fine, and I have nothing but great things about maintenance. While the price is fantastic, my issues come from the community and lack in some essential areas. The community: It's a salad bowl of people. While there is a fair share of friendly neighbors, there are also some unpleasant people. One resident loved to scream outside, and another would walk around with an unconcealed AK. This happened at least once every other week. The gym is in the middle of the parking lot, and people would work out at night with the lights off. Apartment: Has a popcorn ceiling. We were promised stainless steel and hardwood floors, and we did not receive the appliances till much later, and of course, we received carpet. Our fridge was supposed to have an ice machine, which never came even after reminding management throughout the year. The stairs on the apartment building have nails coming out and rotting wood. Amenities: The pool is open for maybe three months of the year. The gym is small but good (avoid at night). The tennis courts, dog park, and pond viewing area are great. The parking lot NEEDS better lighting.

Save yourself the headache and choose any other complex to stay at except for this one. Resident for 3 years. Last 8 months they have been operating under new ownership and has quickly turned into my worse living experience in 8 different complexes. WOULD NOT STAY HERE IF IT WAS FREE

It's a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The residents are also friendly, and it's a nice quiet place to live.

Only been here a month. Things have been great. Other residents have been very kind and welcoming. While close to a wide variety of entertainment and dining, the apartments complex gives a sense of privacy and security. The office staff were nothing less than spectacular assisting me from the decision process all the way to move in. Would definitely recommend.

This is my third year living here and the staff and neighbors are pleasant.

I've been here for 3 years. The office staff has changed but they remain unobtrusive and professional. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance crew is always on top of things. The summers at the pool are such a huge selling point. Good people and fun times.

My husband and I love it here at Deep River Pointe apartments. If we have had an issues they have been resolved ASAP, in an effective friendly professional manner. Not to mention the pool area is AMAZING and open year round!!!

Great Apartment Community, Professional office and maintenance staff who are friendly and respond quickly. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Location is perfect with plenty of grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and shops within walking or a short drive. Large on site gym.

The move-in experience was very smooth and we were guided properly and accordingly. The staff is very accommodating and quick to respond to queries and offer suggestions that are helpful to prospective tenants who are not familiar with the place. Everyone is professional and the residents are respectful and friendly. Such a good community.

The move in process was smooth and everyone was extremely helpful. All of my maintenance concerns have been handled within 24 hrs of submitting it to the team. The only flaw is the floors are extremely thin so you can hear your upstairs neighbors every move and you have to walk extremely light so the people below you don't hear you.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. The community is very well kept and quiet. In addition, this complex is centrally located. Great place to live at a reasonable price.

I just recently moved in and the leasing office was great with ensuring a smooth move in process! Any maintenance issues I experienced upon move in were handled immediately the following day. I feel safe and the area is well lit at night. Im happy with my decision

If you are looking for a place to call home Deep River Pointe is your place. I moved in several months ago and I'm very pleased with my stay here. It's very quite and in a great location. The apartments are very spacious and are kept up with. I really love that my apartment was available to come with a washer and dryer already in it. I really love living here and enjoy calling this my home.

Deep River Pointe has been a great place to live for the last almost year! We were new to the area and these apartments are a couple minutes away from many groceries stores and restaurants. The cost compared to the location, size of apartments, and overall community feel is awesome! We are very satisfied with our time at Deep River Pointe and plan to stay.

Deep River pointe is a very nice apartment complex. I've had nothing but positive experiences with maintenance and management. The only issue I take is that the price for the apartments is a bit on the high side comparatively.

This apartment complex is well lit and very clean. The naturalized, wooded areas appeal to me, as well as the beautiful water view that I have from my apartment. The parking gets a bit congested at times, however, it helps that we have by permit parking only. Overall, I think it's a great place to live since it's so close to shopping and other necessary amenities.
