The three neighborhoods that make up Avalon-Bellevue-Ben Avon are also known as the “tri borough communities.” Nestled along the Ohio River just north of Downtown Pittsburgh, Avalon, Ben Avon, and Bellevue encompass a relatively diverse suburban swath of southwestern Pennsylvania. The three neighborhoods of the community operate under separate municipalities despite sharing a zip code, but they each enjoy fantastic proximity to amazing amenities. Drains have constant back up problems and I need to keep plunger handy

Because the drains are to close together, the building maintenance man says I will have to move out of here so they can come in and ripp up the entire floor so they can replace all the drains under the floor here in this building and resolve the constant back up problems here at 566 Dawson Avenue to stop the soar back up problems.He told me to just live with it and maybe some day they will have to face the Allegheny County Plumbing inspector and maybe then they will have to fix or replace they drains in this building.

1st.Floor,Basement partially under ground

I have a number of problems the maintenance man said he would have his plumber guy come and fix another problem,leaks under the kitchen sink, constantly wet and leaking al over the floor.I constantly get these flying winged buggs that the maintenance guy said they come out of the soar and I constantly,like last night had to kill on the bathroom wall.I want out of here and the Guardian people say I have to stay here.I want to get rid of them controlling where I live and howmuch money they hide from me now,I get something like $1950 a month from Social Security and they tell me I only can have $600 to live on, what about them,could they live on that and pay for all of there needs and wants?

1 Bedroom,1 Bathroom,1 parking space,Bad drains and flying bugs

I have drain problems and flying black bug problems.The maintenance man said he has to get more plumbers to come in and fix the problems.I still have the drain problems and the black flying bug problems and to;d to grin and bear it,My so called guardian people tell me I am stuck here until next year when Tim Pawol has to sign a new lease,but I never signed a lease here and Andrea Metcalf says I am stuck here until Tim Pawo; signs a new lease,she says I am stuck here.I want out of here now,and find another apartment in the south hills area.

Dawson Terrace Apartments are OK

The Dawson Terrace Apartments at 566 Dawson Ave, Bellevue PA are all around average apartments. Each of the units are one bedroom with a galley-style kitchen that is fairly small. However, the combined dining room-living room area is quite spacious, giving the impression of much more square footage than the apartment actually has. The bathrooms are about what you would expect from a typical apartment, as are the kitchen appliances and cabinets. The bedroom is fairly large and has a single set of closets that runs along an entire wall. Some of the apartments have folding metal doors on the apartments, but some of them have shelving and drawers installed in their place. There are coin operated washers and driers on each floor. as well as storage space assigned to each apartment. Finally, every apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and garbage disposal.
