      Luxury living in Baton Rouge

      Moved out 9 months ago and miss this property. I miss the luxury touches this property offered from the stylish apartments, to the high end pool and their amazing club house ( free coffee ) and outstanding gym. I truly miss the convenience of the EV chargers, a total of 6 chargers on property. Property offers covered parking and is gated with keyless fob entry which was nice. The location is another great feature, in the heart of the three major hospitals, less than half a mile to the mall and a mile to Perkins Row. The property was always well kept, and the staff was professional, always helpful and friendly. The residents were a mix of medical professionals, corporate professionals, medical residents and legal students. I would highly recommend this property!!

      Their is nothing luxury about these apartments. Management is the worst. I am glad I moved. There was people constantly moving out. The only positive is the location. I would give 0 stars

      I moved in about 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision.

      Amazing!

      This is the best apartment complex in BR! It is safe, clean, modern, and new. I’ve been staying here for months, and I am sad to go. You definitely get what you pay for, and the staff is always easily accessible & helpful.
