Davis Park Station consists of 73 affordable housing apartments for families, including one, two, and three-bedroom units. This development includes garden-style apartments with washer/dryer hookups, energy star appliances, laundry facilities, and a management office on-site. This project will also include the City of Lexington’s Workforce Training Center, which will provide workforce training for residents and the community. The project was made possible by utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits from Kentucky Housing Corporation, as well as funds from the City of Lexington’s HOME program and Affordable Housing Fund.
