ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED?!?
I could not believe all of our utilities were included in our rent! During our renewal I fully expected to have to start paying for at least our internet and cable but then Layla surprised us with FREE internet AND cable through our entire tenancy!!! We love it here! <3

We love it!
We are in a two bedroom unit, it’s quiet and very spacious. There’s an incredible walk in closet. The apartment manager is super knowledgeable of the property and thorough with the applications, which leaves you feeling reassured. Overall we love living at Dakota meadows!

Great place to live! Locations is great nice quiet area, We really like the floor plan, very family friendly apartments nice and clean common areas, office staff is fabulous! Manager Layla is the best! Would recommend anyone to come live here.

If you see Dakota Meadows up for rent, please apply. This community is great. The property is so clean. Great residents. Beautiful housing on the inside along with so much space. I live alone with my Great Dane in a two bedroom and have him his own room! We love our home. Give Layla a call. She is one of the sweetest people to talk with and she’s very understanding with financial situations. She’s a huge help in finding the perfect home for someone!! Thank you Layla for all your help. I love my home!

Great place to call home!
My family currently lives in a 3 bed 2 bath townhome and we love it. The back patio allows views of the woods and local wildlife. It's a very quiet area with not a lot of traffic and our neighbors are friendly. My husband and I have 3 kids and 2 dogs. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The inside of the townhome has new appliances and cable/internet is provided. The 2 car garage is great. We can park both cars with a little extra room for storage. The landlord is responsive when you have questions and maintenance requests are handled in a timely professional manner. We spend a lot of time outside and my kids can run around in the large driveway/grassy area. There are walking trails in the area as well that offer fantastic views of nature. This is definitely a great place to call home.
