Great place to live, close to the beach, retail stores, grocery store, bars, coffee shops and lots of restaurants. Office and maintenance staff are very courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and do an outstanding job. I love living here and you will too!!

Experience have been great, the only thing I could mention is the thin walls and roof, I can hear everything and every move up stairs, a pin drop sounds like a weight dropping, I can even hear them using the bathroom

Apartment is pretty, very nice pool and common area, for the most part maintenance is quick, great area where a ton of stores are in walking distance. Colleen has always been so kind to us and helpful. I love living here but I have to be honest the other woman in the front office almost makes it all not worth it ...... She will make you feel like the absolute stupidest person on this planet. Talk down to you, treat you like you're dumb, talk over you, attitude, slamming things and make it seem like she HATES you. Was told she has been reported multiple times over this. It's so bad that If I have any questions or need help with anything I have to wait till Colleen is in. I am a grown woman but I have cried before after going down to the office that's how horrible she's made me felt. Talking down to me like a dog over asking for help with their website.

love it here every day i wake up walk the dog and enjoy coffee on the patio joke with the neighbors and then go for a swim… how bad is that?

When we moved in, some things needed to be fixed in the apartment (such as the back door screen and bathtub plug), but maintenance staff has been fast, a great help, and overall kind.

I love it, the peacefulness and especially the lockers where we receive packages because no one could steal from us. I’ve never had that in y other complexes

I absolutely love it here! It's peaceful, quiet and comfortable. I've been here just a little over a year and I love it more every day! The complex does a very good job keeping everything clean and reasonably up to date. Also, the location is PERFECT! It's right near EVERYTHING... Grocery stores, restaurants, Sam's club, clothing/shoes stores, entertainment and all kinds of stuff is just a block away and there's also tons more options within just a mile or 2. I'm so happy to live here and I don't forsee anything changing my mind about that in the future. Thank you for everything!!!

We had a significant issue with roaches and other bugs upon move-in due to location near the woods, but the staff members have all been polite and helpful.

The place is clean, the pool is clear, the rec rooms are spotless and tidy but the bugs are out of hand considering how clean and well taken care of the property is

I love it and so glad that I am now a part of this community. I truly enjoy living out here and would suggest it to anyone looking. I love how clean and quiet it is and my dogs love it also

I love my little community I live in , so many people to meet, I came here from Massachusetts and drove down in October ! When I found this place I was so happy of all the amenities it has to offer! Every time I go to the pool I hope to meet someone new.

Helpful in move-in and friendly staff. I have noticed some bugs and small roaches, but I have reached out regarding getting it sprayed, and it will be taken care of.

Cypress Point has been a very positive living experience so far. Colleen in the office is very attentive and responsive toward residents, maintenance are quick to respond and address issues, the pool is nice, great location, and it’s a pleasantly quiet environment- safety has never been a concern.

Great place to live, close to the beaches, plenty of restaurants and lots of places to shop. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Maintenance crew is always there when you need them and do a phenomenal job. Nice amenities and lots of convenient areas for packages, pets, workouts and of course the pool. I love it and you will too!

moved here from up north the office staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is top notch. they are always helpful and friendly and always working hard to make this apartment complex look nice and clean

The bugs are getting out of hand considering how often they spray pesticides and how clean the place is overall. The amenities are nice and the parking is decent. The location is excellent and the prices aren’t terrible. They did forget to mention that the material the floor is made out is paper like and very fragile

Staff is very professional, office & maintenance. Grounds are kept up. Close to WB & downtown Wilmy. Anything you need is within walking distance. Pool w grills, workout room, Amazon lockers for pkgs. Quiet, as we are located on a cul de sac. Also staff has things like pizza, nachos, and holiday handouts at the clubhouse. Gr8 place to reside.

Amenities are great. Community areas are clean and neat. Neighborhood is quiet. It’s far enough from the big road to not have the noise and traffic but still close enough for easy shopping

Gr8 professional staff.(office,maintenance) Nice workout room, swimming pool area w grills.Grounds well kept. Low traffic due to being at the end of a cul de sac. Walking distance to al.most any BUISNESS you can think of. UNCW is also close by. 3 miles from WB, or 5 miles from CFR & Downtown.

Living at Cypress Point apartments is great! The neighbors are quiet. The staff is super helpful. Maintenance is addressed right away. This is a great place to live!

It's a good apartment to rent near the university. I can walk to school. Maintenance and staff are awesome. It's a little beat-up on the inside because it's an older building but they do well to keep it up.

Gr8 maintencecstaff & front office. Takes care of problems in a very timely manner. Grounds are well kept. Gr8 location, w downtown 5 miles away, weightsville beach 3 miles. Many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, any almost any other shopping places very close.

Maintenance is slow inefficient. You guys jacked my rent up so there’s no reason to renew. Poor resident experience. I’m going to have to repair my toilet for the third time for the same problem.

The place has been great since moving in and maintenance has been helpful. I have only had the chance of using the laundry room and gym room and I like it a lot. Very excited to utilize the pool when it gets warmer

I love my new home. There are a few people not cleaning up after their dogs and that would make it better for me and everyone I believe. I love the community and area. It is very quiet compared to the community I used to live in.

The apartment is okay. Small for the price. Office staff and maintenance is great. Parking has a lot to be desired. Also extra cars visitors without passes. The yard is very well lit.

Great atmosphere and good communication! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend to others!

It's been pleasant so far since moving in so far. There was just a huge bug problem when moving in and the pest control doesn't really spray much to really get rid of them and a lot of things were broken.

I absolutely love everything about living here so far!The office staff are alll very friendly, the pool area is beautiful and my apartment is very nice too! I’m looking forward to meeting new friends here!!

My Cypress Pointe experience has been overall a great experience. The staff is great and the neighborhood overall is quiet. The location is perfect for someone who doesn’t have a car like myself and can get to areas easily on foot. The apartment is spacious for small families or for college students starting out.

Gr8 place to live. Gr8 maintenance team, office staff, weight room at clubhouse. Year round pool, clean nice furniture, 2 new gas grills. Parking lots redone with blacktop freshened, and new lines. Tucked in at the end of a quiet neighborhood, but blocks away from any store or restaurant you could need.

It’s ok here a lot of things that has to get fixed tho like there a leak in the roof and a bad smell was coming threw the vent but other then that it’s a nice place

moved from another community that was terrible at cypress they take care of your issues with your apartment and the office staff is friendly and helpful all the time

Have had a great experience thus far. Staff is very friendly and helpful (even on days off, maintenance still helps me when trouble arises). Location is safe and convenient to many stores as well as the university. I love how our mailboxes are in little gazebos and the amenities are very nice.

We love it here at Cypress Pointe the people are great in the office and as neighbors. The place is kept clean and well lit. Have been here a year and a half love the pool and workout equipment. And being so close to everything locally.

It’s been really great! The staff is really helpful and tries to get back to you in a timely manner. The events that the apartment is able to have are fun.

Great location. I love how quickly maintenance gets things fixed when a complaint gets put in. Also the the neighbors are really nice and everyone seems chill.

First Kaitlyn is back from maternity leave.... Congrats on the baby girl and we missed you. I may sound like this is all I experience but our management team lead by Doris and our Maintenace team lead by Ken are irreplaceable to our community. What I also love and have never seen this in all my times living in apartments, but they offer snacks, water, soda and coffee. Pretty amazing. Thank you to our staff for all they do.

Overall, it seems like a nice community, but there have been some issues upon moving in. Mainly, the toilet is leaking and having issues flushing. Also, the ice maker doesn’t work. Furthermore, a package that was delivered to my front door was gone by the time I arrived, and unfortunately the leasing office wasn’t able to provide any support or guidance. I’m hoping most of these problems are temporary. It would be nice to receive a credit to my account for all the trouble, which I think is a reasonable request.

Very nice community. Pool is fantastic. Neighbors are kind and friendly. Love that this is a pet friendly community. So far we have been very happy and have been welcomed by the community. Nice place to stay.

I enjoy living here very much but the only thing i have yet to get use to is the amount of bugs I encounter. Its a lot honestly but thats really the only downside.

Great staff and GREAT maintenance people.! Always address our request or issues when needed, have fun get togethers at the pool and offer free snack and food! Nice amenities and neighbors so far as well. Been living here for a few months now. Apartment is nice, few issues here and there but again, always addressed. (:

It is a great place with efficient staff! I like the timely manner in which the maintenance team responds to calls for maintenance. Cypress is a convenient place, close to the shops and UNCW!

Very caring & professional staff. Gr8 maintence crew. Grounds are kept very nice & manicured. Gr8 nieghbors and a peaceful place to live. Pool is well kept & clean. Nice pool furniture and 2 new grills to cook on. Has a clean and very useful workout room open 24/7. Laundry facilities. Lockers for your larger packages ordered w prompt notifications sent to your email for pickup. A gr8 location. 5 miles from Wrightsville beach, 5miles from downtown and only a few blocks from all your shopping needs and many food and resturant locations. UNCW only a few blocks away if you want to catch a sporting event or other things that are offered throughout the yr. there.

I absolutely love living here… this is the most enjoyable living place I have ever experienced in all my years … thank you so much for helping us get in our apartment

my residency here has been amazing the office is fast and friendly maintence is super friends the neighborhood is very quiet overall 10/10 experience
