the convinence of the stores and things to do in the area are so nice to have. everything is about 15-20 minutes away at max to find some good food and good shopping

This is the first complex I have moved into where the staff is a bit younger at the front office but they are super understanding and sweet. Mentioned a lot about there is more they wish they can do to help in a lot of my situations so I know it is out of their control to do much but still so great.

We lived here for two years and moved out in August 2025. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to read reviews carefully before applying or signing a lease. I woud not recomment this property to anyone. Our biggest concern was the move-out process. Management was unresponsive and, in our experience, acted unethically. We were charged over $530 for painting, cleaning, and bathroom services—even though we had only minor marks on the walls after two years and thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving. There was no consideration for normal wear and tear, which is standard in most places I’ve rented over the past 11 years. These charges felt excessive and unfair compared to my previous rental experiences. The moving costs are too high, and the security deposit or they call money in place of the security deposit will never be adjusted or returned. Security is also a major concern in this property. If you live on the first floor, be cautious—my bicycle was stolen from the property, and there are no security cameras or meaningful support from management regarding theft. Roaches were a persistent issue, and the pest control services provided will not address the problem. The building has thin walls, floors, and ceilings. Living downstairs meant constant noise, even during quiet hours, which affected my toddler’s sleep.

You left several reviews regarding the same move out charges. I have pictures from the move out that you were shown. I re walked the home and it was not left clean and the charges were very fair. You had an open patio and left your bike out unattended. We have sent several emails regarding this and to please not leave bicycles or scooters out. Again, I checked the pest control log and I show not reports of you reporting any pest issues.
I have really enjoyed living at Cyan. Its such a great property and always very clean. The area is great and I always feel safe around here. The kids do tend to leave their bikes and scooters all over the place so I saw someone mention it was taken well then put it away.

I personally have had a very good experience at Cyan Craig Ranch and recently moved out and miss living there every day. Office staff was kind and always willing to help, maintenance showed up very quickly and always fixed any issues I had. Property was beautiful and maintained well. I definitely will recommend Cyan to anyone looking for a new home!

The staff has done a lot around property to keep up with maintenance and cleanliness of the property, and can tell they really care. My apartment is in a great location and is so nice and modern! One of the things I love most about living at Cyan Craig Ranch is the monthly resident events—they really create a sense of community. The recent Mother’s Day event was especially memorable. Cyan Craig Ranch is in a perfect location! There is so much shopping, restaurants, and entertainment places all on this same street. Very close to highways which is very convenient for me getting to work every day, and very close to multiple shopping centers and malls.
