Best place to live, near to main highways, outlets, groceries, restaurants. Two swimming pools, 24 hour gym, two BBQ area, cinema and much more.

We are brand new! Love love the grounds and the vibe. I mentioned this before but something you wouldn’t know until you are resident: the trash! On my side of the building we can breathe with ease and comfortably as the residents on our side don’t have their trash piled up outside cause of a horrible odor. And it’s not embarrassing when guests comes to visit. So I appreciate that. ( hope it stays that way! )

It’s been great! Parking by my building is never available and the key fob for the gate is too high for me, but that’s literally my only complaint.

They don't care about their residents. If you have a complaint about loud neighbors, don't even bother to talk to them, office people won't do anything about it. I don't recommend this place to live. If I could, I would rate 0 stars.

Cumberland Park is a great place to live for families, single adults, roommates, and especially Disney employees. The apartment complex is clean and within close proximity to various attractions and theme parks, grocery stores, and an outlet mall.
My husband and I have lived at Cumberland Park for 15 years. We enjoy the beautiful property, location, and wonderful amenities. The entire staff are kind and always helpful.
Best complex I ever live, it’s amazing how the staff and maintenance is so efficient, affordable great amenities, the pool is amazing and the renovated dog park is the best
The only problem is the roach…a lot of them…but is a good place to live and it’s near many other places …It’s very calm and friendly neighborhood
Cumberland Park is a great place to live! -apartment is quiet, rarely any neighbor noise -Maintenance is prompt -love the pools Rent has climbed over the years we’ve lived here, but it didn’t increase at all this past year, which we’re thankful for.
Have lived here since 2019, we are happy with everything year to year. Only disappointment is this is the first year we have not been able to sign a 15 month lease. We would prefer to sign 15 months or more. Staff is fantastic and takes care of us.
The apartment is very nice and comes with all the amenities that would be needed. The community is very well put together and I love the fact that we have access to two different pools.
I love this place. It’s so quiet, clean and maintenance is always on time with fixes! It’s in the best area for shopping for food, clothes and even little nic/naks!
Great apartment, reasonably quiet community, no issues. The mailroom system is great and the amenities (especially the pool) are very good. I've never lost power here, even during hurricane Milton.
Day 1 the apartment was neat and clean and ready to move in. Over time we discovered the friendliness of the office staff and the competence of the maintenance crew. The grounds are well kept and we feel comfortable living here.

Excellent community always clean and with excellent staff both administrative and maintenance staff. I would only suggest that the garbage collection service comply with its schedule, some weeks that stop spending days that correspond regularly.

Staff has been amazing. Parking is an issue. Multiple cars for one resident. Otherwise love the place. Amenities are great. Most of the residents are very welcoming and warm. I wish there was a way to have wood floor on any floors.
